The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$150 will be charged for late check out. If excessive cleaning is needed, or smoking has occurred, $100 will be collected from the security deposit.
Children cannot be left unsupervised, do not hang clothes on deck railing. (Per HOA rules) Fines will be withdrawn from your deposit.
NOT PETS! If a pet was brought into the unit, a fee of $250 will be collected from the security deposit

This place was incredible. I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beach. The condo was so spacious and very clean. It was perfect for my family of 5. I loved the balcony overlooking the pond. Could have used more towels and pillows but we made it work. I will definitely book this place again if I return to Myrtle Beach!

Ripken in Myrtle Beach

We stayed while enjoying a Ripken baseball tournament in MB! The location was fantastic and made it very easy to access everything we needed (close to grocery, Target, Walmart, beach, baseball, etc).A challenge was disruptions due to a possible water leak in unit. No water leak found. More towels and a reasonable amount of toilet paper for a 7-8 night stay is our feedback and suggestion.Owners were very kind and communicative.Thank you.

Great vacation!

We stayed at this property for ten days and we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean and the people in the community were friendly. This condo is in a perfect location. Close to everything. Lots of room and everything was very nice inside the condo. We were the 1st to stay after it had been completely remodeled and everything looked great! Great experience!
