Welcome to 3 Kingfisher in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island!

Accommodations:
The main level features a luxurious master suite with a king-size bed, private bath with a garden tub and shower, and direct access to the pool deck and living area. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a private bath, a laundry room, and a convenient half bath. Beyond the den are two bedrooms—a queen and a twin—sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath. Private decks are accessible from the den, king suite, and one of the bedrooms. A full bath is also located next to the family room.
Upstairs, the second level offers ample space for the entire family with five additional bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wet bar. The left wing houses a second master suite with a king-size bed and private bath, while the right wing includes a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bath.

Living Spaces:
Step into the grand foyer and be welcomed into a stunning open layout featuring a spacious great room, an elegant dining area, and a gourmet kitchen. The expansive den features a large sectional sofa and is perfect for family movie nights. We had 11 people and everyone had plenty of personal space. The semi shaded pool was a welcomed relief from the hot sunny beach. The kitchen needs a few more items to serve lots of people but other than that, we had no complaints.

I empathize for any property owner in Hilton Head marketing vacation homes, as there's such a deep roster of really spectacular homes to consider. I'm still surprised we were able to get this one, with the unconventional date range sought, in the location we had. Unless you plan to hold a legit swim meet (the pool is still by no means "too small"), there's nothing this home doesn't offer.

Everything we needed and way more

This property hit every box on our long check list. We were 14 people so we had a lot of people to please. 3 houses from the beach, a pool, a hot tub, really confortable living space, big kitchen for us all to hang out in and cook, loved the living room space on the 2nd floor (kids hung out there). Garage was huge - we could get 4 cars inside. Proximity to coligny village 8/10 of mile meant we could easily get ice cream every night, kids rode bikes everywhere, location was simply perfect. Property Management (Darcey) was attentive with answering questions and providing recommendations. Hard to please 14 people - this house did the trick!

Best family gathering

This home's floor plan has been marvelous for each of our activities – puzzles on the dining table, LEGOS on the coffee table, our Switch on the upstairs living area TV for gamers, talking late into the night poolside with wine and beer, card games – our favorite things! The heated pool and hot tub are enjoyed by all – the kids being in it even before breakfast every day! And I am very impressed with how well organized everything is! The notepads have been handy for our multiple grocery lists … The kitchen is the best stocked we have ever seen in 15 years of renting vacation homes (new cooking pans, nice knives, abundant bakeware - the first time we have not had to go buy cookware in a rental home)! … The bathroom amenities are lovely, the beach towels, the pool deck for socializing, and the kids are all over the home's beach toys and gear – also the comfortable beach chairs! Walking to the beach is sweet not having to worry about traffic and distance! Please tell the owner this home is very, very nice – above our expectations.

Dirty - the property was only surface clean. The beds were made and everything was in it's place but the floors, doors knobs, refrigerator, laundry and storage areas not clean. The pool was full of dirt and it took nearly two days to get someone to clean the pool thus we lost nearly two days of pool use/time. We paid extra to have the pool heated when we arrive - the pool was cold and dirty when we arrive that was very disappointing. The worst part of our vacation was dealing with Hilton Head Property Management; complete waste of time. It became apparent very early we simply needed to accept the condition of the house and pool.

Awesome Experience

The trip was amazing for my wifes birthday. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We mostly cooked at the house and didnt feel like anything was missing. It was such easy access to the beach for all our gear and 4 kids under 4. The family loved the pool as well, i would definitely go back in the future!

The house and location were great. The issues we had were the pool and hot tub which turned green 2 days after arrival. Maintenance came 4 times. Unfortunately we could not use pool the rest of our time. Very disappointing and no refund for this inconvenience. With 14 in the house garbage was overflowing and critters scattering it everywhere. After a call no pickup was done. Other than those issues we had a great time as the beach was very close but no pool or hot tub in the evenings.
