Μια πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη βίλλα , μόλις 120μετρα από μια υπέροχη και πλήρως οργανωμένη παραλία. Απέχει από το κέντρο της Νέας Καλλικράτειας 300μετρα και 30χιλομετρα από το αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία της Θεσσαλονίκης. Διαθέτει ιδιωτική πισίνα που της μοιράζονται μόνο τα δύο διαμερίσματα της βίλλας Αθηνας.
Υπάρχει BBQ στον κήπο. AC σε όλα τα δωμάτια όπως και Τηλεόρασεις. Υπάρχει Free wines bar με μεγάλη ποικιλία κρασιών ( κόκκινα, ροζέ και λευκά ) Στο ψυγείο θα βρείτε νερά, χυμούς,και μπυρες καθώς και μηχανή καφέ Nespresso με κάψουλες τα οποία δίνονται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες
