The cabin was very cozy, the three bedrooms were clean and well stocked. The deck area has good views. The check in and checkout process was smooth. The drive and the parking were a little challenging due to the slope. We had seniors who struggled to walk up and down the steep drive way.
Thank you so much! We were so happy to host you and hope to see you again soon!

Pros: very spacious cabin & remarkable views Cons: Needed a deep clean & HVAC inspection. main bathroom has little to no water pressure. We all had to share the downstairs shower and toilet. All toilets struggled to flush. The steep driveway is disclosed by the owner, but it's very, very steep. We had to park by the road.

Fireplace wasn’t working and three light bulbs in kitchen burned out made it difficult to cook at night. Pots and pans in poor condition.

Beautiful cabin and good view, just needs a lot of TLC. We were told that the hot tub was full and clean the day we checked in but it was very low and not clean on arrival, messaged the host and they did come and clean it. But little did we know there was a lot of other things that weren’t what we thought they would be. Battery’s was dead in the remote for the tv, jetted tub upstairs had a film and needed cleaning, had lot of extra pillows and not any extra covers or pillow cases. Not enough towels and rags. Water smelled horrible and tasted it as well, smelt like sewage. Light above the shower down stairs was blown and it was a freezer down stairs and hot upstairs. Also my husband opened the furnace door and it looked like it had almost caught fire by the looks of it. Needs a thorough cleaning and upkeep but we enjoyed the view outside at least.

We are so glad you enjoyed the views! It's a lovely cabin in a beautiful part of TN. We love spending time here with our own family to relax and unwind. It is truly a rustic yet cozy place to spend time with family and friends.
You arrived right after we had an extreme windstorm in our region (hasn't the weather just become so unpredictable and extreme) and unfortunately debris from the surrounding trees made it's way into the tub. We were happy to send our team out immediately, literally within a few hours of your arrival, to address this for your family.
We have our fireplace inspected twice a year and this year was no exception - we have never had a fireplace issue noted but will have our team come out and look at it right away. Please know we would have done so during your stay if you had informed us of your concern. Lastly, from time to time, just as in your own home, light bulbs go out or batteries die - but we were able to address those issues immediately as well and are only ever just a text or message away from our guests and happy to address any concerns that may arise during a stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We had no issues with communication. The view from the back patios was truly amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you so much Susan! We were so happy to host you and your family. Come and visit us again soon!
Loved the place and beautiful views the driveway made us all alittle nervous as it was steep and didn't look like the pictures. There are a few boards on the deck that need replaced and the rail tightened up it made me very nervous with my kids around it as it was shaky and didn't seem sturdy.
Loved the Mountain View’s and the beautiful cabin. The beds were amazing, the furnishings are all well selected. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The host was very accommodating and responsive during booking.

We wanted to love our little vacay stay, but there were a few things that made it a little difficult to. The fireplace- We turned on the gas fireplace to help with heating the cabin. The STRONG smell of propane filled the cabin so badly that we couldn't use it at all during our stay. This was a big factor in choosing the cabin we did. The main level shower head is nothing more than a trickle of water to bathe in. The main level toilet, that was not clogged, never wanted to flush correctly. We have stayed in many places over the years, and I've never seen the kitchen cookware and cabinets in such a way. Honestly, just didnt feel the most sanitary. I am so sorry, but just being honest.
Amazing! The cabin was better than we expected. The view was beautiful and the location great!

This place is not as you would expect. It is definitely not worth the price. The housekeeping was awful. The cabin was not clean. Dust on dining chairs and under sofa's. Bathroom toilets had a black ring in the bowl. Not enough towels for a 4-night stay.2 dining room chairs were broken. The hot tub did not work as the owner said it did. The water temperature did not go above 50 degrees. The jets were not powerful at all. There was dirt at the bottom of the hot tub. This place was so disappointing for the price that we paid. and that it was rated excellent.
We all had a fantastic time! The cabin is not too far from town but also far enough in the mountains that you get the secluded vibe! The cabin was very clean and well-kept! The view was so beautiful!
My family and I loved this cabin. The views are awesome and we liked watching the zip line coming from the mountain across the valley. The cabin was so clean and property management was fast to respond to our questions. The driveway is steep but once you park a couple times is not that bad. The only downfall was the water pressure in the master shower was a bit low but you were still able to shower. Great location and we will stay again if we return.

Thank you Calvin. Yes, our water pressure is mountain's finest (always a bit less the higher the floor given the deep well and piping required to get to the rooms). We would love to host you again!
The drive way is super steep so it was a little scary lol the cabin was super clean and cozy and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The hot tub did have a leak but we never had any issues with it at all. Got hot and the jets worked just fine. Lots of room for the 5 of us. There were extra blankets and pillows which was very handy as the nights and mornings were a little chilly. It was such a quiet and peaceful stay. My only one complaint would be the water pressure was really low. But other than that everything was perfect.
