You will enjoy eating at the beautiful custom log dining table with cushioned log seats. You will feel at home in the living area with floor to ceiling fireplace, bear themed furniture and flat screen TV. new high speed internet and Comcast. There is a sofa bed. There are 2 king suites and each have their own black bear theme. The children will love the open loft with a log bunk bed featuring a full and twin bed. The loft is also complete with a pool table, air hockey, stand up video arcade, and card table.

The cabin was very clean and had kitchen stocked with all the kitchen utensils and pans we needed. The hot tub was great, beds comfy, and the reservation and check in process was super easy. I messaged the host with a question prior to our arrival and received a prompt answer. The cabin is exactly as described in the listing and I will definitely put it on my list to rent again.

Nice cabin! Lots of things for kids to do in loft! We did find an opened bag of food in the kids bunk bed. So they ended up not sleeping there. Other than that no issues at all! Would recommend!

We pride ourselves on our high standards, especially following our semi-annual deep clean. The team member was in the process of returning the freshly laundered bedding and comforters when unfortunately, she received a call of a sudden family emergency and didn't realize she had not completed her final walk through in her haste to depart. We can personally assure you that all bedding was freshly laundered and sanitary for your arrival. We are glad you were able to use the spare sheet set we provide for the futon, and we would love to host your family again to provide the 5-star experience you deserve!"

The cabin was very cozy and nice! The pool table, air hockey table, putt putt access, and games were fun! The hot tub was a little too cool at 95 degrees at first, so would have been nicer to have it around 100 degrees. But it warmed quickly.

Great Adventure

We had a wonderful experience with family enjoying all the beauty of the mountains. We felt like we were away in the mountains but also close to a lot of attractions and fun things to do. We even took a long hike on Grotto Trail which was amazing. The kids loved the pool table and different games to play. Would definitely stay again.

5 adults, 2 kids and our stay was great!The game room was great for the kids and adults alike. The only concern would be the top bunk having low rails so I wasn’t comfortable with my child sleeping up top, but we just utilized the futon. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work but the host immediately sent someone to check on it and the heat pump while at dinner. It was fixed and warm when we got back!Hot tub was clean and enjoyable, a big reason we book a cabin.A special note.. had one person in a wheelchair. After lifting her up two stairs and through the door (we were aware it wasn’t technically wheelchair accessible so this was no issue), she was able to access everything easily!Good stay with attentive hosts!

Wonderful cabin! It had everything we needed. It was far enough away from the craziness, but very convenient. My children loved all the amenities like the air hockey and pool table. We also enjoyed quiet evenings in the hot tub. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay there again. Plus the host was very quick to respond if I had any questions.

The cabin was cozy, everything was honestly really clean and I don’t really have any complaints the only thing I would say need improvement would be the light outside in the back side of the cabin maybe like some of the bulbs that you can dangle off the top because there really wasn’t much light with the two lights they had outside

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. There was pleanty for the older kids to do between the game room, hot tub in the cabin then the pool on the premises. It was very clean and in a good location. This cabin is within 10-20 minutes to most things in pigeon forge and there are ways to avoid alot of the traffic on the park way. I would stay here again and recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. From check in to check out we had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything listed. The only thing that I feel would be nice it a little map on something showing where the pool was. We struggled to find it at first but had no affect to stay.
