Het is een ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers, zodat 5 mensen kunnen overnachten.Er is een tuin en het is een rustige buurt. en de prijs was niet erg hoog. Minder was dat het niet heel erg schoon was, keukenspullen gebrekkig aanwezig, warm water leek er niet te zijn maar we moesten zelf de boiler aanzetten. Lichtknoppen waren een beetje puzzelen, luiken voor de ramen konden moeilijk dicht en daarna niet meer open. Er zaten veel mieren in de keuken en er is alleen een handdouche in een jakuzi-achtig bad. De badkamer rook een beetje muffig.
