Perfect for our family of 4. The multiple bathrooms and washing machine were a huge plus for our long stay. It’s a really nice and safe building and the apartment itself is comfy and there’s plenty of room. The neighborhood is very convenient—metro 1 and 8 are right there. There’s a monoprix, a pharmacie and a few boulangeries right outside the door. Since one of the showers is pretty far from any natural light it’s got a little bit of mildew and needs a good bleaching, but otherwise it’s super clean. Plenty of dishes and a nice big fridge. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely spacious apartment in a very well situated neighbourhood. Very close to the Metro (Lines 1 and 8) and with everything you need right on the same street - grocery store, pharmacy, bank machine and a couple of nice cafes/boulangerie on the corner. The description was accurate. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It should be noted that there are two showers, but only one toilet. I'm sure had we read the description closer we would have known to expect that and it was not a problem, but rather a surprise! Again, not a negative issue, just a heads up. The decor is lovely, modern and clean. It is not very well lit at the doorway, but that appeared to be a burnt out lightbulb that maybe hadn't been replaced yet. May not be an issue going forward. But that is the only thing that could have been improved. Other than that, everything else was extremely positive. I would definitely stay again. Side note: If you have time, the Thai massage place on rue Diderot is worth the visit. Highly recommend!!

We chose this apartment style hotel based on its location and price compare to other places near Gare de Lyon. It however became my daughter’s favourite hotel during our whole journey. This place is very safe during the daytime since there is an elementary school close by. There is a Kebab restaurant next door is very good to eat, also a small Carrefour city store in sight to get essential supplies. In the apartment there are two big clean beds and a washing machine ready to use, as well as heaters ready in every corner. The only problem we met was the internet, Hope Vanessa can soon reset the password for the lovely SuiteB.

De plus, plusieurs équipements de base manquaient à l'appel :Aucun tapis de bainAucun torchonSeulement 4 doses de café et 4 doses de sucre (pour 3 personnes sur un séjour de 4 jours)Seulement 3 rouleaux de papier toilette (ce n'est pas une question de coût, mais d'attention minimale envers les voyageurs)Les verres comportaient encore leurs étiquettes de prix d'origineUn manque de soin et de suivi qui gâche un peu l'expérience...

Great ground floor property inside a residential complex courtyard in a good neighborhood. Great location with a two minute walk to the Reuilly-Diderot Metro stop, and a grocery store and bakery close by for essentials. Key pickup/drop off is available 24 hrs, but must be done at a hotel that is about a 10 minute walk away, so plan accordingly if traveling with luggage.

Cet appartement avec deux suites, deux salles d’eau est vraiment confortable ce qui fais oublier le manque de lumière dans le séjour.
