Sehr schöne Wohnung, aaaaber: es liegt eine Liste vor, was vor Abreise alles getan werden muss: Betten abziehen, Müll runter, alles aufräumen, abwaschen, besenrein hinterlassen. Das verträgt sich echt nicht gut mit der check-out Zeit von 10 Uhr und die Endreinigung wird dann noch mit 89 Euro berechnet. Das ist dann wirklich viel.Im kleinen Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett kann man sich kaum bewegen und nichts irgendwie ablegen. An Möbeln passen gerade so der Einbauschrank, das Etagenbett und ein Kinderstühlchen rein. Mit zwei Erwachsenen in dem Zimmer wäre es kaum machbar, aber es gibt ja noch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gut!Ganz hervorragend ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vorher bekommt man einen ausführlichen Brief, wie die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet, was zu beachten ist, Tipps für die Urlaubstage, Gästekarten usw. Das haben wir in so einer tollen Form noch nie erlebt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sehr ruhig und ziemlich strandnah.

Eine wirklich tolle, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Ortsteil Döse ust super schön. Nur 7 min verkehrsberuhigt bis zum Strand und sehr ruhig. Besonders zu erwähnend sind die Fahrräder der Wohnung, die sich hervorragend fahren ließen.

Urlaub mit zwei Kindern, ausreichend Platz für alle in der Wohnung. Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Apotheke ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Vorbereitung der Anreise und Informationen vorab durch den freundlichen Vermieter.

Nette Fewo mit schönem Wohn / Essbereich. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Einzig die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten aber eine Empfehlung. Guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Soweit OK, Sauberkeit lässt sehr, sehr viel Luft nach oben. Oberflächen der Möbel kleben von Schmutz, Schimmel im Bad etc. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett ist gerade mal soviel Platz ins Bett zu kommen, keine Fläche für Ablage von Kleidung beim zu Bett gehen, nur auf dem Boden. Ist wohl ursprünglich als Abstellkammer geplantFazit: seit Jahren die schlechteste Ferienwohnung, Preis/ Leistung nicht OK

Im übrigen erstaunt mich ich Ihre Bewertung ein wenig, steht sie doch in totalem Widerspruch zu den überaus positiven Bewertungen der überwiegenden Mehrheit meiner bisherigen Gäste. Dennoch danke ich ihnen für ihre Meinungsäußerungen!

Die Fewo entsprach den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Für uns vier Personen war genügend Platz. Super waren die Fahrräder im Keller. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war traumhaft sowie die ruhige Lage. Alles war schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Für uns Selbstverpfleger fehlte das ein und andere in der Küche (Sieb, Schaumlöffel, nur vier Trinkgläser). Das Bett im Kinderzkmmer könnte ersetzt werden. Es hat jedes Mal furchtbar geraspelt, wenn sich die Kinder umgedreht haben.

Gut gelegene Wohnung für kleine Familien, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stände sind auch nicht weit entfernt ( nur gegen Eintritt), manchmal ist auch das Wasser da. Alles in allem gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder mit Hund ....

Wunderbarst!!

Hatten tolle 2 Wochen in dieser großen und ansprechenden Wohnung. Sie wurde schnell zu unserem "zu Hause", in das wir jeden Abend gerne zurück kehrten. Es gibt alles was man braucht, auch eine kleine Erstausstattung war vorhanden. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir können Gode Tiden jedem, der einen ruhigen Nordsee-Urlaub sucht, empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig bemessen und liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Döse. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Zum Strand ist es über einen gegenüberliegenden Fußweg nicht weit ( ca. 10 Minuten zu gehen ).

An sich eine schöne Wohnung, könnte allerdings etwas an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett, Reiseunterlagen super pünktlich. Alles in Allem ein netter Aufthalt im schönen Cuxhaven.

Urlaub in Cuxhaven - Döse

Bei so wunderbarem Wetter sieht alles top aus. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war für meine Mutter (85) super zu bewältigen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht bin ich in Bezug auf Sauberkeit ein bischen zu empfindlich. Denn in den Ecken waren schon ein paar Wollmäuse zu finden der Balkon hatte diverse Unkräuter in den Lücken und die Elektrogeräte in der Küche hätten ordentlicher gereinigt werden können. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienunterkunft empfehlen.
