Location:

 Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the heart of the North Sea resort Cuxhaven. Only a few steps to the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht with buoy bath and popular restaurant.

Kugelbake, Kurpark, marina, Alte Liebe and the Lotsenviertel are in the immediate vicinity. An ideal starting point to explore Cuxhaven, for cycling or walks by the sea.


Division:

 The focal point of our bay is the bright living and dining area with integrated kitchen and adjacent quiet balcony, overlooking the garden and the dike. The cozy sofa bed offers additional capacity for two beds.

Both the bedroom (also with balcony access) with double bed and large wardrobe, as well as the functional shower room, can be reached via the spacious hallway. The apartment is smoke-free and suitable for allergy sufferers.

Additional information:
If the vacation apartment is occupied by more than two persons, a surcharge of € 5.00 per additional person and day will be charged.

The seasonal guest contribution of the city of Cuxhaven is to be transferred in addition to the rental price of the apartment with the final payment.

In the period from 01.01.-07.01.2025 / 01.04.-31.10.2025 / 25.12.-31.12.2025 this is € 4.10 per day and person.

For all other periods, the guest contribution is €3.30 per person per day.

- Arrival possible between 15:00-20:00 / departure until 10:00
- A parking space belongs to the apartment

Please note:
From 01.06.2025 it is planned that the balconies on the garden side of the house will be renovated. Our apartment would then also be affected by the construction work and it would not be possible to use the balcony during this period.

If your booking is affected by this, we would reduce the rental price from € 69.00 to € 49.00 per night and refund it.
