Fun and sun in the quaint enclave of Ponce Inlet. Perfect third floor location allows full panoramic view from Daytona Beach to the north and New Smyrna to the south from private balcony. Enjoy extraordinary sunrises and coral pink skies in the evening as the sun sets on the Halifax River just blocks to the west. You can even watch for dolphins as you prepare meals from the recently remodeled, fully equipped kitcher. The condo has been refurbished with fresh paint, new carpet and furniture in living room and oceanfront master. Master bedroom has new king size bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to ocean front balcony. Second bedroom has two full size beds. Heated beachside pool and private tennis courts for your enjoyment. A broad selection of locally-owned restaurants (including the iconic North Turn Restaurant next door) offer a variety of take-out and waterfront dining options. Climb the nearby historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, wander Lighthouse Point State Park, and visit the Marine Science Center to feed and pet the stingrays! The area provides numerous places to charter fishing boats, take sunset cruises, rent kayaks for a river adventure, or rent bicycles to ride the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, and umbrellas. Come enjoy!

Beautiful stay at Ponce Inlet

Loved our stay at East Wind Condominiums. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable Living room furniture, and very comfy beds. Was helpful to have two double beds in the second bedroom. And the views of the Atlantic could not be beat. Hope to stay again in the future.

Awesome stay

This condo is in a great location. The unit is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beach is very nice and is not crowded at all. The owner communicates clearly with you. No complaints at all and I look forward to returning again.

Very nice. Nice size washer & dryer. Great view of the ocean. Loved watching the rockets take off from NASA. Communicating was very easy with the owner.

This is our 2nd time @ this Condo. Love it. Location is great, everything was neat and clean. We even had a care packages when we arrived. Check in/out was painless and everything was super smooth. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The location is on the no drive beach in beautiful Ponce Inlet. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, the pool and on the balcony. This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked, there were toiletries in each bathroom, and there were beach chairs, umbrellas and pool noodles. The owner left us a welcome basket which we thoroughly enjoyed! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful oceanfront condo

We loved our stay here. Location is perfect and the condo was exactly as described. Owner is very accommodating and communicative and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check in and check out process. The unit was extremely clean with very comfortable beds and pillows and was equipped with everything we needed, even a pickleball set that we enjoyed on the courts across the street. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.

The condo is clean, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful vacation. Can’t beat having morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises.

Perfect location! No cars on the beach

The unit is older but it has everything that you need and more. The unit is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. The ocean front view from the balcony is beautiful. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We received a very nice welcome basket on arrival. We would stay here again.

Great place

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We've been to the Daytona area many times, but this was much more relaxed, clean, and uncrowded than anywhere else we've stayed. The beach is just outside the pool area. If you are traveling with a young child, do like we did and move the fragile decorations to the upper shelves in the dining area. Also, the way to the beach is down steps, so you will need to lift a wagon if you are using one. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
