Come and enjoy our charming two-room apartment on the ground floor 200 m from the beach located in the Fogeo park.

Totally renovated and decorated with care, it has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and a beautiful and very bright living room.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine.
A large bay window overlooks the garden and its south-facing terrace to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings

Take advantage of the many activities (mini golf, tennis, equestrian centre, volleyball, sailing school) as well as the port of Crouesty with its many restaurants, shops and its Casino accessible in a few minutes on foot.

Don't hesitate to go and have a good time at the Thalassotherapy centre to relax during your stay (5 minutes walk).

You will find all amenities near the residence (supermarket, bike rental, pharmacy, bakery, small food shop...).

We will leave it to you to bring your sheets and towels.
We provide you with:
2 single beds of 90x190 with mattresses of 29 cm thick that you can bring together to make 1 double bed of 180x190.
1 sofa bed with a bed of 140x190.
2 duvets 140x200, one duvet 220x240 and 4 pillows 65x65.

We will welcome you on site between 4 pm and 7 pm and ask you to vacate the apartment before 11 am.

For cleaning, you can either do it yourself at the end of your stay or go directly through our concierge service by taking the cleaning package at 50€ to be paid directly on site.

A parking space in the residence is offered free of charge.
Please note that the building is stepped, so access is from the street from the top floor. There are two floors to walk down with many steps to access the apartment on the ground floor, below.
