Beautiful Vienna

The property was well presented and although a little tired in parts it was perfect location for us. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would certainly consider coming back another time, maybe with friends the next time.

Unbelievably perfect

An absolutely superbly equipped villa with everything you could possibly want. The position was perfect with easy access to Vienna which is why we chose it but actually Modling itself was so lovely that we stayed there most of the time. The walking from the villa was just wonderful straight out into the woods with excellent footpaths and ruined castles and impressive monuments. Lucca was so helpful and everything was in superb condition. I couldn't recommend this more highly. Thank you Kate and family

15 of us Yorkshire folk and we loved it! :)

We loved the house! It was luxurious and spacious but really homely and comfortable at the same time. The large pool overlooking amazing scenery and roomy sauna made our stay extra special. It was perfect. Everything we needed was there, the only thing we had to do was buy the food, booze and charcoals for the BBQ! The bus from the station stopped right outside the house and the bus stop into town was only a stones throw away. Lucca was easily reachable to answer any questions or queries we had (before and during our stay), he really put us at ease and that meant we could properly relax. A big Thank You, Lucca! In conclusion, we cannot recommend this property enough!

Schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus, kann man aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen, es gab paar Sachen die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt sind, z.b. zusätzliche Kosten für Sauna benutzung, Kamin kann man nicht Heizen, kein Klo Papier dabei. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

An amazing experience

Located within walking distance of the train station, restaurants, and stores...this location is secluded but perfectly located. Clean, well kept, and modern but still comfortable, this house had it all. The management was responsive and friendly. There's simply not enough space to write out everything we enjoyed about this rental.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es wird im Text von Fewo - direkt mit 8 Schlafzimmern beschrieben. Leider hat es aber nur 7 Schlafzimmer - wenn man ein 8. Schlafzimmer will, kostet das einen Aufpreis von 90.- täglich! Das fanden wir ärgerlich. Desweiteren war die Poolabdeckung beschädigt - es bestand Verletzungsgefahr. Wir wiesen den Vermieter mehrfach darauf hin, dass er diese Stelle absichern muss - vergebens, eine unserer Mitreisenden, eine Frau mit Behinderung, verletzte sich an dieser Stelle. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter war nicht sehr gut, wie wurden kaum eingewiesen. Schade! Das Haus wäre anstonsten schön, aber die Zusammenarbeit mit den Vermietern gestaltete sich schwierig.

A week in a nice and spacious villa

Nice large house with modern amenities pool car port and fast internet. Interesting varied bedrooms. Lots of sitting and dining space inside the house and in the backyard. Bus stop steps from the house with good connection to suburban train to Vienna. Great place to sight-see Vienna and at the same time to be in a quiet valley surrounded by mountains in a suburban enviroment. Biggest Austrian shopping mall 6 km away.

A wonderful house

Very nice and comfortable house. A beautiful garden and a marvellous swimming pool. The porch is perfect for social gathering. All the house (kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, sauna, etc) very clean and in perfect state. It is a very recommendable house for spending holidays and visit Viena or another places in Austria. Wunderbar!

Einfach Perfekt!

Die Vermieter waren immer sehr freundlich und haben zu allem Auskunft gegeben. Im Haus selber wurde wir freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus selbst lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ob bei schönem oder schlechtem Wetter hat man nie ein Problem ein gemütliches Plätzchen zu finden. Ein perfekter Urlaub, vielen Dank.

Schöne Unterkunft (leicht reparaturbedürftig)

Wir haben im Zuge unseres Betriebsausflugs die Villa Lucca für ein Wochenende gebucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen gewissen Charme. Man sollte jedoch bei der Aufzählung der Schlafzimmer darauf hinweisen, dass das 8. Zimmer erst ab einer bestimmen Personenzahl oder mit Aufpreis zu belegen ist. Die diversen Einrichtungen wie Sauna und Pool konnten wir leider zeitlich nicht nutzen. Die Lage ist schön, direkt im Grünen (Wiener Wald), jedoch liegen einige Zimmer direkt zur vielbefahrenen Hauptverkehrsstraße, die nicht unbedingt eine geruhsame Übernachtung gewährleistet. Wünschenswert wäre eine zwischenzeitliche Nachfrage des Vermieters, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Great place for family reunion near Vienna

Our group of 16 (ranging in age from young adults to seniors) had a wonderful time in this unique house. The house was exactly as described, clean, with comfortable beds, and well equipped. Lucca was a very helpful and responsive host, eager to ensure a pleasant stay. For example, when we mentioned a few items that we thought were missing (such as larger pots in the kitchen), he immediately went out and purchased them. Even though the property is on a busy street, it feels secluded, hugged on one side by steep rocks. The center of Mödling with nice restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away, and the train station can be reached in 25 min. on foot. Trains to Vienna run frequently and take about 20 min. Every two hours, a bus (to the Mödling station) leaves directly from in front of the house, but we mostly walked. A car is still useful, though, to see the surrounding country side, the Wienerwald, etc. Some of us also took advantage of the hiking and rock climbing opportunities right in Mödling. We all enjoyed the wonderful "Heurigen" in the region, for example in neighboring Perchtoldsdorf. And "at home" we loved the pool, enjoyed playing frisbee on the lawn, barbecuing, or -- on a rainy day -- watching a movie on the big screen TV. All in all, this is a great house for a large family or group in a good location to explore Vienna and environs.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr bemüht und wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Villa daher ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Super , wie erwartet ..sogar besser

hat uns alles gefallen ,ist auf jeden fall weiter zu empfehlen eignet sich sehr für Feier usw. da es komplett abgeschirmt ist, Wien , Mödling alles in kurzer zeit erreichbar zu Fuß ode mit Auto Der beste Gastgeber ist der Lucca ...viele grüsse aus Berlin

A beautiful place to spend your holiday

Everything was exactly, as described. Most of the furniture was new and the whole building was equipped just lovely. The house was tidy and clean, which is very important to our family. Also the public transport to Vienna was easy and fast. By bus and train we reached the city within about an half an hour, by Taxi even faster. The hosts were very friendly and more than helpful, when we needed tips where to go out or how to get to some places. All in all it was a great vacation at a stunning house, we enjoyed our stay very much. I would visit this place anytime again.

A beautiful place to spend your holiday

We are 2 siblings and both still go to university. However, we additionally administrate not only our family house, but also Villa Nicole and Otac Liborio.
Our parents gave us the confidence to believe in our entrepreneurial spirit and always help us with words and deeds.

Why they chose this property

Our house is like no other, surrounded by a mountain- and wodlandscape.
The house is with 500 m2 living space very spacious and has got a 500m2 big garden, which offers, surrounded by mountains and trees, a perfect privacy.
There is also a shady inner courtyard, which is perfect for barbecues in the summer.
Because of the size of the house, there is also with 16 people living there enough free space.

What makes this property unique

Directly in front of the house, there is a bus stop, from which you can take off in any direction.
Our pool is worth mentioning as well. It has such a privacy, that I still, after 20 years, got the feeling to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
