Beautiful remodeled home in Grandview. This home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, formal living room, dining room and basement rec room with 2 full sized futons. It's perfect for families or groups and sleeps 10 comfortably. There's also lots of open outdoor space just out the front door for kids to play.

This home has three large bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The master suite is also upstairs and has a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom and walk in closet. One bedroom has two twin bunk beds and the other room has a full size bed. On the main level is the kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room, 1/2 bath and dinning room. A few steps down from the dining room is a formal living room with a gas fireplace. There is also a rec room in the finished basement with a 50" TV with Roku and a DVD player. There are also kids toys and board games. The home is set with high speed internet. Close to freeways, shopping and 22 minute drive to downtown Kansas City. While you're here, visit the Kansas City Zoo, The Bay Waterpark (2 1/2 miles away), numerous museums and other family attractions in Kansas City.

The rooms were clean . Everything we needed was there! Shampoo , dish soap, laundry detergent! We had plenty of towels and blankets. The beds were comfortable! The bedrooms were warm, but we brought our own fans because we read previous comments. It was a spacious . We would stay there again.

The property was very clean and pleasant. The hosts gave reasonable expectations for our stay. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice to better circulate the air, since the rooms were a little warm and the pedestal fans didn’t really cool. Hosts were so friendly and helpful!

Fabulous Stay

I was so impressed with the host's very quick response time to my questions! As a new user of VRBO, there were a lot of questions before and after I booked the reservation, and I was never made to feel like I was bothering him! The house was lovely - exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very quiet - we never heard outside traffic or neighbors. We were in Grandview for my son's wedding, and the house was the perfect place for us to unwind between wedding preparations and activities, and to decompress at the end of our very busy days!
