Much more space than pictures showed . Well stocked with all things to provide daily comfort. Fabulous bedding, bath items and kitchen needs. Host was most helpful and respectfully answered any concerns. Hope to go again!The extra king size suite with separate entrance was a real bonus as was the entire complete living space upstairs!

Our stay at the house was perfect for our daughter’s nearby wedding. We greatly appreciated the multiple living spaces and the lower level bungalow with separate entrance for privacy and quiet for our mother. The bride and her bridesmaids stayed the night before the wedding and loved the amenities and the decor. The space has been newly renovated and tastefully finished. The beds and couches were very comfortable and plenty of nice linens & towels were available. The super soft throw blankets were nice added touch! The only drawbacks were the lack of pillow options as many of us prefer down or moldable pillows and their only offering was very overstuffed large pillows, and the fridge doors opened the wrong direction for the space. Check-in was simple and well communicated; check-out was an easy breeze. If we find ourselves needing a space in the south land of the KC metro, we will definitely book this location again!

Weekend Getaway

The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful. The space is also perfect for large families. However, the entire upstairs loft area smelled awful like some kind of animal urine. We were unable to use the whole loft area upstairs due to this smell. The property manager was nice enough to communicate with, but she insisted that her husband, herself and cleaning people were unable to smell it. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ALL ABLE TO SMELL IT And were not able to even go into the space. It was definitely disappointing. The manager said she would continue to try to locate the smell, but since she was unable to even smell it herself, I’m not sure anything will change. Beautiful house- and would be a PERFECT place to stay had the animal excrement smell not been there.
