Air-conditioned apartment, completely renovated in 2022 and put up for seasonal rental, it is therefore waiting for your opinions.

Apartment T4 of 75 m² air-conditioned on the 2nd floor of a residence without lift. Large terrace of 13m2 facing south-west with a large table (8 chairs). Living room, corner sofa, table for 8 people, bar cabinet, TV 107 cm. This rental is reserved for families, but groups of young people are excluded.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge-freezer. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and large wardrobe, plus a bedroom with 4 single beds of 90 cm and wardrobe. Bathroom with large walk-in shower (160x90), double sinks. In all rooms double glazing, electric shutter. Private parking space.

The Languedoc Roussillon region will delight you with its multiple landscapes Valras-plage charming little typical fishing village, located 9km from the Canal du Midi. Bike rental nearby. Beautiful walks along the coast between the two rivers: the Aude (Vendres Plage) and the Orb (Valras Plage) jet-ski, sailboat, offshore and big game fishing rentals, its restaurants, shops, markets, Casino Games, discotheques and fairs will liven up your holidays, beach volleyball.

In the shade of the plane trees on the banks of the Canal du Midi (built by Paul Riquet and its 9 locks (Béziers). Carcassonne (fortified enclosure of the Middle Ages, "restored in the XIVth century by Viollet-le-Duc"), the port of Sète (jousting battle, Brassens, the trawlers and the fish market, the Mont Saint Clair), the Etang de Thau (its oyster beds), the Béziers feria (15 August) of Nîmes and Arles, the Gypsies Kings at the 'Patio de Camargue', the caves of Clamousse, Saint Guilhem le Désert and the Pont du Diable. The African reserve of Sigean.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Bereits beim Check-in, bei dem wir uns wegen Staus stark verspätet hatten, waren sie flexibel. Der Weg zum sehr schönen und bewachten Strand ist leicht innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Die Umgebung selbst war angenehm ruhig. Das Sitzen auf dem Balkon ist für 4 Personen sehr schön!Die Küchenausstattung ist zufriedenstellend, die Mülltrennung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Stromversorgung etwas launisch, wenn in der Küche zu viel Strom gleichzeitig benötigt wurde. Es könnte im Bad mit toller, begehbarer Dusche noch ein Kosmetikmülleimer stehen. Die Toilette ist ein älteres Baujahr und wackelt ein bisschen, war jedoch sauber und okay für uns.Die Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet, für 4 Kinder/Jugendliche wäre Platz. Und für 4 Erwachsene in kuscheligen Betten.Auch die Übergabe am Ende hat sehr gut funktioniert. Fazit: Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Appartement bien placé et confortable

Propriétaires agréables, appartement très propre et entièrement rénové. Proche du centre-ville et suffisamment éloigné par rapport aux bruits. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré la météo capricieuse.

Saubere und große Wohnung in sehr guter Lage für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer

Sehr saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super Lage. Die Strandpromenade und der Ortskern mit Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben sich große Mühe.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten uns für eine Woche eingemietet und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist Top und die die Vermieter sind klasse und absolut Hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Hannover und weiterhin viel Erfolg!
