Very roomy. Nice place to stay in the heart of Tallahasse. My only critique would be a bigger TV in the bedroom and more window coverage in the bedroom.

Wonderful Home and Great Location

We stayed here while visiting my brother in the hospital. The condo is stylish, very comfortable, and so well stocked it felt like home! The location was close to the hospital and university and felt very safe. The owner communicates well and made our stay so easy. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

GREAT PROPERTY

We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much! It is extremely clean and well stocked with items (coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc). The location is great. If we are ever back in the area I would absolutely stay here again!

For anyone looking for a clean, well appointed and safe stay that is close to downtown and FSU, look no further. Justina made check in smooth and flawless and was there to answer any questions we had. A solid 5 stars. Just don't forget to return the parking pass!! Lots of signs reminding you!

Birthday visit for college son

Perfect for us and our short stay!

Warm, spacious and well appointed condo with free convenient parking!!! Every little detail to make our stay easy was thought of. Nightlight in bathroom, clear instructions on where and what to do, wonderful amenities to name a few. And the brunch recommendation of The Edison was a treat!

Great property- well maintained close to the FSU civic center for graduation ceremonies or basketball. Walkable or short Uber to college town or football. Jessica was very accommodating to move our booking a day when our plans changed the week before our trip

2 night stay in Tallahassee

We stayed here to help move our adult child into an apartment near FSU. Location was great, apartment and street were quiet. Apartment was clean and safe. The bed for the 3rd person is not a true bed — it is sleeping on a couch (not a pull out couch). Other than that, it was a very comfortable and easy stay. Host was very responsive via text regarding a few questions upon entering apartment.

Nice apartment

Comfortable apartment with thoughtful extras. Location was good and provided easy access. Our only issue was with parking spot, since parking was advertised as part of rental. The prior guests had left with the pass and we were stuck finding street parking on a rainy evening because we were informed that towing was strictly enforced for the inner lot after 9PM. Fortunately parking was available on the street behind the complex. The owner did provide a refund of a portion of our fee for the inconvenience.

Four Night Stay

This property is located in a great spot within walking distance of downtown. We were visiting our granddaughter and her family as well as attending a UVA and FSU basketball game. The Donald Tucker Center is walking distance. The condo was very clean and the host was wonderful with information needed. Only negative is it’s a third floor walk up but we knew that when we booked. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone that is interested in downtown Tallahassee.

AWESOME Host!!

Justina is a beautiful soul inside and throughout. Tornadoes have ravaged our city and see was the first to alert me of the mass power outage while I was enduring multiple flight delays. She refunded my payments after cancelling reservation due to having no power at her immaculate rental property. I am humbled and appreciative of her integrity and comforting spirit. I look forward to the next home visit with Justina's property being my first choice. Thank you Justina for your honest generosity.

Hidden Gem

I came to town to visit my FSU student. This property instantly felt like home. So much so my son was happy just to come hang out with me here. Great kitchen for cooking. Park the car and walk. Host is responsive and so helpful.
