Despite being located in a tranquil neighborhood, the house is still a 5-minute drive from tons of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and other local attractions. Fenced backyard, so please bring your fur baby with you.

Our team stayed at this property for an extended work trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a work group. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic—super convenient to downtown Tallahassee, making our daily commute and team dinners hassle-free. On top of that, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or with a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a terrific stay and truly appreciated the home and all of the amenities provided. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the extra towels were a thoughtful touch.It rained pretty heavily during our visit, and we did notice some water pooling in the backyard, which may be helpful to keep an eye on.Overall, everything was in great order and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived, this place checked every box. Check-in was seamless — clear instructions sent ahead of time, no fumbling around at the door. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.The house was well-stocked beyond the basics — we had everything we needed without making a single run to the store on arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped, linens were fresh, and the space felt like someone actually thought through what guests would need.Location was great — easy to get around, close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.The host was responsive and communicative throughout. Any question we had was answered quickly and professionally. Host was easy to reach and kindly allowed us early check-in which helped a ton with fur babies and busy schedule. Perfect location and the home was just as described with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfortable! The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our 2 dogs
