Our two-bedroom lower apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen TV and stay cool with central air conditioning. We provide free Wi-Fi, a backyard patio for those summer nights and street parking. Only a 10-minute drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Great location and a nice little spot to stay for an evening in Buffalo! The host was great at communicating and sharing all of the necessary information. I would absolutely consider renting it again for a Bills Game, another event at the KeyBank event center or to enjoy Buffalo.

Easy stay, exactly as advertised. Perfect for a Bills game weekend. The host does tell you not to park on the driveway, it can be difficult to find parking but was never more than 1-2 minute walk from the place. This has nothing to do with the rental but my brother’s car was side swiped in the neighborhood and the person drove off

Great holiday week stay!

Loved this property! It’s an older building, like all are in South Buffalo, but the charm was amazing and the size was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of street parking and friendly neighbors upstairs. Would stay again!!

Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property.

Property is outdated with furniture and fixtures, had musty smell throughout, only one television to share, and temperature is uncomfortable throughout. If it wasn't for these things this place would be a 10 all day. It is so spacious and Brian is attentive.
