All the spaces were clean, nice, comfortable and worked for all of us. The outdoor space and upstairs kitchen/common space was great and there was also plenty of parking in the private driveway. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Filtered water/ice maker in the upstairs fridge and ice trays in the other 2 freezers. The house and spaces were exactly like the pictures.

From the booking experience to the stay, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The house itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. My large family and I stayed and we all felt very comfortable and with enough space to spread out. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again should we find ourselves back in the area with our large group.

Great place for TTU graduation celebration

This was the perfect place for all of my family to stay together and celebrate TTU graduation. There was plenty of room for our extended family to have alter own personal space while still enjoying family time together. The outside area was an added plus!!

This property is the perfect getaway for any group! The house is clean, well-maintained and cozy. The fall decor made us feel at home and was such a thoughtful touch. Muddy Pond and Del Monica winery added a wonderful local flavor to our trip. Our host was helpful and very responsive. We would definitely visit again and recommend this property to friends and family.

First off, this place is very conveniently located near Cookeville and TN Tech. Upstairs, Downstairs, and a detached lodge can accommodate a large party and maintain privacy. Everything was very clean and all items functioned well. Due to time we did not use the outdoor sitting area but it looked great. Check in/out was easy and all remote. If you have a mobility issue the downstairs has a direct entrance, else there are stairs. Very large place for parking and easy access.

This is an amazing house. My family of 16 has gathered here every fall and once in May for five years. It is spacious, comfortable and conveniently located to TTU campus. It is clean and has ample parking. Highly recommend

Wonderful house

We rented the whole place for the weekend. The place has been updated and decorated beautifully! Everything was so clean and fresh. We had 6 bedrooms total and the one bed I slept on was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of parking for everyone, the is a nice area outside with a firepit with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving birthday..

This place was perfect for a family of 13... Beautiful spacious areas to gather especially the enclosed courtyard.... All areas were cleaned and ready for us... Perfect place to have a combination 97 birthday party and Thanksgiving. .. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were super sweet... We will be back....

Amazing Find

For my 40th birthday I wanted to spend a weekend away relaxing with my family and this place checked all the boxes! Everyone was able to have their own space, plenty of games for the kids, and plenty of fun was had relaxing in the courtyard around the fire! Would definitely stay again!
