This house is a gem! The location in Arlington is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy both Dallas and Fort Worth. The 5-bedroom layout was spacious and comfortable, and the 4 bathrooms were a major plus for our large group. We loved the backyard setup with the putting green, hot tub, and fire pit, and the game room was a fantastic bonus. It was well-stocked with all the essentials. This home is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The photos and description in the listing were accurate, and the house was very comfortable. We opted to stay an extra night so we could enjoy it longer. There was a problem with the internet during our stay, but the owner, Ken, handled the situation quickly. We will definitely return to this property in the future, and highly recommend it to others.

Why they chose this property

Ken retired in 2020 from his 30 year career as a the owner of a successful photography business right across the street from our rental homes.
After the arrival of AT&T Stadium, Ken started looking to the future and the endless possibilities of being located in the Arlington Entertainment District. Over the course of the next few years Ken began buying vacant lots on The Road to Six Flags with the intent of somehow using the properties create urban renewal in Arlington.
Arlington conveniently sits in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and is also the home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. As if housing two major league sports teams isn't enough, Arlington has so much more to offer! Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, great restaurants, shopping. Downtown Arlington is a short drive away from our homes. There you can stroll the streets and dine at some great local restaurants, have a good cup of coffee at one of the local coffee shops, or grab a beer at our local breweries.
Arlington is a great city and we are proud to call it home.

What makes this property unique

Our large open concept floor plan provides enough room for your entire group to enjoy. You won't feel left out of the conversation if you are in the kitchen cooking while others are sitting in the living room. It's literally an all inclusive space!

However, all inclusive doesn't mean you have to be together all of the time. You can step away from the group and relax in one of our five bedrooms. You'll definitely enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with our comfortable bedding.

We provided putting greens and hot tub, along with a themed game room because we believe family/group activities are always a fun time.
