It is currently being renovated.<br><br>Arrivals are from 5 pm and departures before 10 am.<br>Late check-outs until 6pm or morning arrivals are possible for an additional cost of €250<br><br>HOME ORGANIZATION<br><br>The house is organised as follows: <br><br>On the ground floor<br>A large living room of about 60m2. <br>A fully equipped kitchen.<br>A living room under a veranda that opens onto the garden.<br>The TV has NETFLIX, PRIMEVIDEO and APPLE TV subscriptions.<br>WIFI<br><br>On the ground floor <br>Two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.<br><br>A large garden of 650m2 with large tables, barbecue, swings, games and chalet equipped for children.<br><br>Free street parking.<br><br>A NEAT LAYOUT AND DECORATION <br><br>The decoration of the house has been designed to create a friendly and warm atmosphere. A setting mixing country, bohemian and urban culture styles presents itself to all those pushing the front door.<br>The huge veranda in the living room offers a wonderful view of the garden.<br><br>WE TAKE CARE OF YOU<br><br>To make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, some essentials are at your disposal (coffee, herbal tea, sugar, condiments, soap, charcoal, dishwashing products, etc.). <br>Of course, the linen is provided and systematically cleaned by us between two rentals.<br>All measures are taken to ensure that your accommodation is cleaned and sanitised, eliminating bacteria and viruses such as Covid.<br><br>FOR BUSINESSES <br><br>The house is perfectly suited to teleworking or to organise seminars.<br>Its originality stimulates conviviality and creativity.<br><br> FOR FAMILIES <br><br>We make everything available to welcome your children.<br>For babies, cots, sheets, sleeping bag, bath, high chair, booster seat and adapted crockery ensure their comfort.<br>For older children, indoor and outdoor games, books, swings and a cabin cabin are available to keep them entertained.<br>The property is totally secure and gated. Some common areas (stairs, corridors) are not finished and finishing touches remain to be done (painting).<br><br>■ There is no air conditioning in the house. In summer it is hot.
