Small but efficient studio. Please do not expect a large studio, this one is only 225 sq ft. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL. PLEASE TREAT OUR PLACE, AS IF IT WAS YOUR HOME. ALSO, MAKE SURE THAT YOU FOLLOW OUR RULES, like not bringing SAND into our studio or the condo. Our 3rd floor small, but EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. Our EFFICIENT studio is perfect for travelers who want to discover everything that our island has to offer. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. ALSO, THERE IS A WALMART SUPERCENTER WITHIN A 10 MINUTE RIDE IN SANTURCE. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. You can pay a refundable $200 Damage Deposit. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. .

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used towels on the shower floor.
Wash any used dishes.
Make sure keys are locked in box and code numbers mixed AFTER locking the door to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Try to keep the sand on the beach. Do not sit anywhere with lotion or oils. Turn off AC and lights before going out as the studio stays cool.
Before checking out, please wash dishes and Discard the garbage in the bins located pass the elevator. Discard any leftover food from the frig.
DO NOT USE THE BATH TOWELS TO WIPE OFF LOTIONS or MAKEUP. DO NOT FLUSH anything but toilet tissue, as anything else will clog pipes.

Cozy beachfront

This was a very cozy and warm place. It was perfect for our stay. We were even blessed by one of the neighbors. We mad friends with the Abuela and would visit again.

Very Nice

While the unit is small, nevertheless, it was very nice, clean, great location, with all the amenities for a good time. Only 30 yards to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We had a great time with no complaints. Hector was very accommodating.

Cute little studio steeps away from beach

It was real close to airport so Uber was cheap.it was 5 steps away from a really pretty beach and lots of food. There's a outside shower behind the building with laundry real helpful. It was a small studio but you are going to be on the beach the whole time.we learned to take a uber to Walmart and not go to the grocery stores in the area they are very pricey.if it says its going to rain it will but give it a minute it will stop and the sun will come out.its a beautiful place and a beautiful spot.people it's was small bbeach the wtime

My spouse and I have another property in the same condominium and we love this beach in PR, therefore, we decided to invest on another and give travelers the opportunity to see it for themselves. The area is safe and relaxing for retirees, as well as, the young alike.

What makes this property unique

Isla Verde was voted as the BEST URBAN BEACH in the world by many travel magazines a few years in a row. There are 5 Star rated restaurants within walking distance, as well as the local restaurants and fast foods. The next door, El San Juan Hotel has great restaurants, including a steak house, a great casino and Club Brava for a great night of dancing. The Ritz Carton as well as the Marriott are just a few blocks away. Please visit the OCEAN LAB BREWERY, located on the East Isla Verde beach. Also, next to OLB is The Vivo Beach Club, with a large pool, music, food and great vives. Vivo offers a day pass for about $40 per person and includes parking.
