Truly beautiful view right on the beach. We loved being able to walk downstairs and be laying on the beach, and the equipment he provided (chairs, towels, cooler) was a thoughtful touch that made things easier. Had a few hiccups getting checked in but everything went well once we were inside!

This is the ideal property. The host Tim was great! Loved the communication. His condo was awesome. The bed was soooo comfortable. He had so many amenities as well. I’d defray there again.

Nothing like listening to the waves crash as you fall asleep and again as you wake. Couldn't ask for a better view or location! Clean place and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Puerto Rico!

Amazing view!!! Very comfortable bed! Kitchen didn’t have a ton of supplies if I was cooking at home but it was sufficient. Very good location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants! Only a ten minute drive to old San Juan. Great communication with the host.

What a great place to have for a stay in San Juan. You are AT the beach. Good food at various places within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to great tourist spots. Building staff SO friendly and helpful. Sleep every night to the sounds of the surf. Tim is a cool host. I will be in touch when I am scheduling a return.

Tim is a great communicator and this condo was above and beyond what we were expecting! The view cannot be beat (breathtaking) and the location is perfect. Great location. Easy, close access to gorgeous beach. Rental of 2 chaises and a beach umbrella @ 30 per day is super reasonable. Lots of good restaurants nearby but kitchen fully stocked if you want to dine in.
