Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sch...

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, ein sehr schönes Pool, nur haben uns die Poolzeiten nicht gefallen, 13.00–15.30 keine Poolnutzung erwünscht!!!! Sind im Urlaub, haben das Pool mitbezahlt und Kinder möchten bei dieser Hitze bestimmt nicht im Haus spielen!!! Am meisten hat uns eine einheimische Frau gestört, die in der Anlage wohnt, was sie da macht, wissen wir nicht. Sie hat uns immer nach 13.00 Uhr aus den Pool geschmissen, wir sollten nicht Ball spielen und nicht ins Pool springen. wir wussten nicht, daß wir im Sanatorium sind. Alle Bewohner der anderen FWO fanden das auch sehr merkwürdig. Wegen dieser seltsamen Poolnutzung würde ich diese FWO nicht wieder buchen.

Die Toilettensitze wechseln, d...

Die Toilettensitze wechseln, da diese schon an Farbe verloren und den Anschein machten als seine sie überstrichen worden. Die Dusche sollte reparieret werden, denn das Wasser fließt nicht richtig ab. Die Betten waren sehr durchlegen und man bekam dadurchRückenschmerzen. Der Pool ist (wenn alle Ferienwohnungen besetzt sind) zu klein und Liegen wären ebenfalls von Vorteil gewesen. Ansonsten gute Lage bis zum Strand. Man hört bis ca 24 Uhr den Luna Park der sich dort in der Nähe befindet. Dies war jedoch nicht weiter schlimm. Ansonsten gute Anlage und Zustand bis auf die genannten Mängel.

Bei Ankunft und Schlüsselüberg...

Bei Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe lief alles reibungslos. Bei Ankunft in der Wohnung mussten wir leider feststellen das die Böden und der Küchenbereich nicht sauber waren. Im Kinderzimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht. Kurze Rücksprache mit der Agentur und die Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich für italienische Verhältnisse mit Mikrowelle und Toaster. Der Küchenbereich im Flur zur Tür ist etwas sehr klein. Der Wasserabfluss in der Dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig,die Duschwanne war schnell voll und lief über. Im ganzen ist die Anlagenbau und die Wohnung aber empfehlenswert! Reisetipps: Ausflugsziele mit Kindern in der Nähe wären zum Beispiel der kleine Zoo Punta Verde, das Gulliverlandia, Aquasplash Spaßbad
