Downtown TC + Spring Fed Creek

Within walking distance to Downtown, West Grand Traverse Bay, and the Grand Traverse Commons, this gorgeous home was built in 2008 and updated in 2020. A spring fed creek (with wildlife like salmon, brook trout, ducks and even an occasional mink) runs through the back yard, providing a tranquil Up North feel in the middle of TC's best neighborhood.

Walkable and bikeable to a coffee shop, urban winery and brewery, burger spot, deli, ice cream, hiking trails, hardware and drug stores, beaches, the Leelanau and TART trails, and all of Front Street shopping.

Hello, we're the Kennedy's. We lived in Traverse City for 5 years and it made a lifelong impact on us. Today, Indianapolis is home base, but sometimes we feel even more at home Up North. So we bought an all seasons retreat for our family.

The thing about TC we love most is the mix of city and nature. The location of our home strikes that balance beautifully. It's walkable (or bikeable) to all that the city has to offer when you're feeling social. And when you're ready to relax at home, the backyard feels like an Up North escape with a spring fed creek and wildlife.
