Ein toller Urlaub - gerne wieder

Schönes, sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und ausreichend groß. Die Terrasse liegt blickgeschützt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.

La maison vaut 5/5, mais…

La maison correspond à 100% au descriptif. Le séjour est moderne et très agréable. Une baie vitrée ouvre sur une jolie terrasse et sa petite piscine chauffée. En voiture et par circulation fluide, la dune du Pilat, Arcachon ou encore plusieurs restaurants et commerces sont accessibles en moins de 10 minutes. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de Thierry (de l'agence de location) avant notre arrivée. Nos questions via le site Abritel ont toujours reçu réponse en très peu de temps. Nous avons également apprécié avoir pu disposer de la maison un peu avant l'horaire prévu. Merci. MAIS… La maison était sale à notre arrivée ! Les sols étaient tachés et collaient. On y a retrouvé des cheveux à plusieurs endroits. La poubelle contenait un Pampers ‘’utilisé’’. Notre conseil : recadrez l'entreprise de nettoyage ou mandatez-en une autre entreprise, et surtout vérifier mieux les travaux effectués avant l'arrivée des clients. Une suggestion : un WiFi pour les étrangers qui n’ont pas de données illimitées sur leur forfait serait très appréciable. Il existe des solutions que vous pourriez proposer en option. CONCLUSION Sans cette fausse note liée à l’état de propreté, nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

De très agréables vacances à la Teste

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette maison entièrement rénovée avec goût et moderne. Elle est bien située dans un lotissement très calme et central à la Teste de Buch permettant de rayonner facilement. Maison avec 3 chambres et une petite piscine chauffée (au printemps) bien exposée sur terrasse au sud, bien abritée. Calme et repos garantis, parfait pour une famille avec enfants (qui savent nager car la piscine est facilement accessible) Super adresse, nous avons passé un bon moment !

Magnifique vacances

En plus d'être idéalement située a moins de 10 min de tout ce qu'il y a a faire et a voir sur ce splendide bassin d'Arcachon, la maison a un charme fou, petite piscine idéale pour les enfants et les grands enfants sans vie a vie et quartier super calme. Merci pour ces magnifiques vacances 👍☀️😎🐟⛵🌅
