LAKE NANTAHALA~~SPACIOUS LAKEFRONT HOME

Enjoy our large and comfortable lakefront home. The Cool Cat Cottage features three levels with den and fireplace on main level, a well equipped kitchen, master suite & a separate bath on the main floor, and 2 large bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. All the bedrooms have a water view.
Downstairs there's a bunk room with three full-sized beds, and a full bath. Also downstairs, there is a kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave, a game room with a pool table, and a home theater room with a 72 inch screen.

There's a big rocking chair front porch with a gas grill on main level and a patio with a porch swing below. Unlike most Lake Nantahala homes, there are no steep stairs to the lake. Just walk out of the downstairs door, and make your way down to the lake, passing down a few stairs to a shady deck with a picnic table and sitting area, down a few more steps to the fire pit, and down the gangway to our large private dock with swim platform and use of 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle-boards and life vests. Large parking area with room for at least 4 cars.

The Cool Cat Cottage is perfect for family gatherings and relaxing times at the Lake. If you are planning a big party or loud celebrations into the early hours, this is not the place for you. Our neighbors are our friends and sound carries across the Lake. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We are happy to share our house but please be respectful.
