Fantastic place!! Our family had a great time! Besides the wedding we were there for, the lake was a huge hit for swimming and kayaking!! I would strongly recommend using a 4WD for the driveway.

We had such a wonderful stay! A large group of adult cousins stayed for a family wedding and this house was the perfect place for all of us to be together, while also affording enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay, and have no notes for the host! I whole-heartedly recommend!

Drive way is tough to get up for some cars(mini van). There are a lot of steps to get to the dock, if neither of those bother you then you will love this house!

Sunset Pointe is a Success!

We have stayed here before and love this place- I have been coming to Lake Nantahala since I was a little girl. A wonderful retreat with one of the best views of the Lake!

Outstanding Property!!

This is an beautiful house in an amazing area! Very family-friendly set up for vacation, lots of activities inside and out. Loved the kitchen, great room, play rooms, decks, and especially the hammock! House was well provisioned and clean. One of the best property's we've stayed at.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for a friend's wedding and the house was perfect for our group! We had everything we needed for our short stay and Amy was so thorough in her details for our trip, including details about the house/property, and recommendations for things to do in the area. We’ve stayed at this house a number of times over the years. We love the house! Especially the renovations they’ve done. Adding the new bunk room and second master downstairs was really nice! This place is comfortable and well stocked. Great host and great house!

The perfect place to relax with our family and catch up with our friends this summer. The house had everything we could have needed, very clean and plenty of space for our three families. The view of the lake is exceptional and the location was perfect! Checking in was a breeze and we had no problems at all during our stay. The marina was so close for our boat rental and also has a restaurant that serves really delicious food. We visited the Hoppy Trout Brewery in Andrews as well, and that was amazing too. Such a wonderful experience overall!

Family reunion

The house is beautiful, have everything you need. The view is perfect, the tree color is amazing. The kayak and life jackets are a good addition. The game room was great to pass time. Our stay was mix between relaxing, meditation and activities, game and fun.
