Our immaculate Scottsdale condo is set against the picturesque backdrop of the McDowell Mountains, situated in the upscale, gated Grayhawk community. Purchased new in 2004, over $50k in upgrades have been added to the interior, including beautiful 16’ Italian tile, plush carpeting throughout, 42” maple cabinets, granite slab counter tops with tumbled travertine. Large Double door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and oven. Also for guest use is a large capacity purchased new full-size washer and dryer.

The townhouse is spacious at 1,843-square-feet of living space, spread over a split floor plan, with an attached two-car garage. There are two generously sized bedrooms, and a den with a pull out sofa or per guest request 2 twin size inflatable mattresses.

The townhouse is located in a gated community at Grayhawk. The complex has gorgeous, landscaped grounds and offers three large pools, two workout facilities, and is less than two miles from the 101 freeway yet is sheltered from the noise and view of other streets. The complex is surrounded by 15+ golf courses within a 20 mile radius. Great unit for those into hiking as well as road cycling.

Never eat at the same restaurant twice, as you can find fantastic dining options nearby.
Also enjoy your private covered patio deck to enjoy your favorite drink after a full day of fun in the Arizona sun, or head out in the morning to the 4 seater table and enjoy a late breakfast while you take in the views of the surrounding mountain ranges!

We stayed five weeks and very much enjoyed our time. The location couldn't be better - extremely convenient to the grocery store, to all the restaurants and shops in the Kierland area, and to tons of hiking and biking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The pool and small gym were less than a 2 minute walk. Super nice to have a garage. The only minor gripe was that while the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and coffee, there wasn't much by way of spices or anything like that. No big deal, but good to know for your first trip to the store. We would definetly stay here again!

We had a great time while staying at this property. It was everything that was described and more! Great location in North Scottsdale. The condo is well maintained and the kitchen had about everything you could think of. Felt like I was in my own home! Had slight issue with lock box for getting in first day, and Meryl took care of it immediately. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale.

North Scottsdale Holiday Vacation

Very clean and comfortable North Scottsdale, Arizona condo! Excellent communication with property manager. Condo was fully equipped, including pool and fitness room access. Complex was very quiet and relaxing, and was centrally located to dining and attractions. The condo was as comfortable as my own home, and served as a great place to celebrate the holiday season. I am already planning my next trip out to Arizona, and will definitely stay at this condo again! Thank you for a great experience!

Comfortable and spacious condo in great location

Meryl and Linda’s lovely condo is well appointed and well maintained. We didn’t lack for anything. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The condo is a short walk from a pool and hot tub. Every time we used those facilities we were the only ones there. The condo development was very quiet. This unit is close to a large shopping center with a great grocery store and many other stores and restaurants. Close enough to walk. My husband and I were here alone, but the large unit could easily accommodate two couples. We definitely recommend this home.

The Village at Grayhawk offers a great location, a quiet, secure gated community with 3 pools, close to a grocery store and restaurants. The condo was roomy and having a garage was a perk! Marla was extremely responsive.

Best neighborhood in North Scottsdale

Wonderful place to stay. Great townhome. Very quiet. Steps away to three pools and many walking paths. Beautiful landscaping. Very nice neighbors. Close to everything. The airport is a half hour away. Also Groceries, coffee, restaurants, hiking, golf, and parks. The Grayhawk community has it all. The townhome was equipped with all we needed except our own food (but they supply the coffee and tea)! The large beach towels were appreciated! Safe, gated community. Double car garage. Kyle was great to work with and we would definitely stay there again! We hated to leave, enjoy!

This condo is in a great neighborhood and very safe. There is lots to do close by, or stay there and enjoy one of the three pools. The condo is clean and well equipped. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great time at Grayhawk Village

Meryl and Lynne’s unit in Grayhawk Village is excellent. The unit is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for living in comfort. Greyhawk Village is very private and quite with excellent amenities in the convenient pool and exercise room locations. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Speaking of location Greyhawk Village is located with easy access to everything Scottsdale has to offer for dining, shopping, hiking, golfing, and entertainment. We had a great time and our only regret is that Meryl and Lynne’s unit is not available for our preferred dates next year. But, we did find another unit in Greyhawk Village and can’t wait to be back next March!!!!

We found our stay here disappointing because it was not well maintained. The tile floor was dirty, the refrigerator so filthy I had to clean it before putting any food in, and the windows needed washing. The carpet had been cleaned and a cheap plastic hall runner was added over it. The coffee table had a huge water stain, one of four patio chairs was broken, the MBR nightstand drawer was broken, the bedspread had a long rip that was poorly repaired, and the sheets so worn there was no elastic in the corners. Two of the three bathroom sinks barely drained and burned out bulbs were not replaced. To us, this is not luxury. The owners seemed nice, but not interested in maintenance.

Great Location

The Village in Grayhawk is close to restaurants and offers easy access to all of Scottsdale. The Village is quiet and the residents friendly. The owners thought of everything from plush towels to cooking tools. There is a covered porch overlooking an Arizona courtyard that allows one to be outside from breakfast to lunch.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this luxury condo in 2004 as my primary residence. I very much enjoyed the condo and community right up until I got married and we built our new custom home also in North Scottsdale. We love the Grayhawk condo so much that we will eventually move back in our own retirement which is still a few years away unfortunately.

What makes this property unique

In the Fall of 2014 we are pleased to announce that we have replaced and upgraded the carpet; replaced the toilets with one-piece high-end Toto models; and replaced the washer/dryer with high-end Samsung high-efficiency (HE) units.
