Restoration Hardware furnishings! Located in the heart of North Scottsdale

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo decorated with all new Restoration Hardware furniture and linens. The master bath has 2 sinks and a remodeled shower and large walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a large walk in closet and a furnished patio off of the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked including a spice rack, and includes a brand new Viking stove and refrigerator. It is very private with no one above or below you. Condo is set up so you don't need to worry about anything but enjoying the pool, spa, gym, 36 hole public golf course, and miles of walking trails outside your door. The property is also close to the 101 Loop and to DC Ranch marketplace with great restaurants, shops, Starbucks and grocery stores. This updated condo is located close to Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Open , Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter and the Mayo Clinic. It is also walking distance to the public Grayhawk golf and country club. We are willing to negotiate the rate for those who would like to have this gem as a long term rental. The pictures were taken before we purchased the new furniture for both patios.


This is a one car garage. The HOA only allows guest parking for 3 days so if you have 2 vehicles you can park in overflow parking adjacent to the property.

Awesome place

Beautifully appointed, clean condo has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Close proximity to great grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf and the freeway makes it the perfect vacation spot. We liked it so much we're coming back next year.

Great Place

This is a great location!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation to be perfect. Lovely decorations and aptly furnished. We found that the condo had all the items we needed. The condo is in the perfect location to get to any golf course in the area quickly; we love to golf. The owner's communication was exceptional and she made sure we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this condo.

Everything about this condo is fabulous. The pictures are exactly how it appears! Great location, close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and more good places to eat. Totally remodeled with great furnishings. Sue was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was generally clean and well stocked and the owner was very pleasant and easy to contact. Pictures of the condo are very representative of the actual condition. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and provides easy access to main corridors. There is a garage provided however the entrance is extremely tight for anything but a compact car. The pool and adjoining area including a fitness room are a highlight. We certainly enjoyed are stay.

Perfect winter escape!!

Our stay at Sue and Howard’s condo in Grayhawk could not have been better! The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the layout is perfect! The proximity of the unit to the 101-highway made it so easy to get around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and fully stocked with all the equipment needed for food prep. Also, there were plenty of extra supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. At one point we had an issue with the dishwasher. Sue had the repair person on site within 30 minutes. Sue was VERY responsive to any questions we had and usually responded immediately upon receiving the inquiry. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any other property owned by Sue and Howard.

Attractive Contemporary Retreat

We had the fortunate experience of being Sue and Howard's first VRBO guests in their Grayhawk Condo. Sue was great to work with. She reached out prior to our arrival with a lovely description of where to find things at the property, general instructions regarding access and hints on local restaurants. If you are staying for a longer period and need housekeeping Sue has contacts there as well. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped (there were even coffee pods for the Keurig to get us started), laundry detergent was stocked, sinks and bathrooms had soap and shampoo, towels were soft, beds were very comfortable, the property was stylish and clean and the TV's provided plenty of options (smart TVs with apple TV in the living room). Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The corner location, with no one underneath, and low traffic gated community made it a very peaceful stay. If you are coming with a large vehicle you might need to park in a guest spot, as the garage entrance is narrow, but we had no problem with a mid-sized SUV. We look forward to another visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Master bath window

The condo was very nice and 3 minutes from out daughter's house. We discovered that the morning sun came right in the master bath window very early and HOT! We covered it as best we could to give us a little more time to sleep. This is only a suggestion, but maybe some film can be put on the window so that it would be more energy efficient and keep it a tad darker in the the master bedroom.

My wife and I have been coming to the Scottsdale area for years, and I can tell you that this condo is by far the best one we have stayed in.
