About this property
"La Forge," a traditional Quercy house with a view of the hills
A typical Quercy-style house from 1859, overlooking the entire estate, accommodates up to 7 people in an authentic setting.
The large living area is full of charm, featuring the original fireplace hearth—now housing a wood-burning stove—as well as historic stone and wood details. It consists of the living room, the dining room, and a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with a panoramic view of the outdoors. It opens onto a large private terrace with an unobstructed view of the entire estate and the dovecote, ideal for long, enjoyable gatherings.
The staircase leads to the three bedrooms. Descending, you reach the master suite, which features an entry area, a large bedroom with a double bed, a window overlooking the estate’s “little street” and a French door, built-in shelving and a closet, a small desk, and a bathroom. This private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, and a towel warmer. The staircase leads up to the cottage’s two other bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet. The second bedroom is a romantic retreat with a double bed beneath the magnificent wooden ceiling beams, along with storage (a chest of drawers and a closet). The cottage’s third bedroom is a children’s paradise with three single beds, designed like a treehouse beneath the same beautiful wooden ceiling beams. The shower room, complete with a toilet, sink, and towel rack, is accessible from the landing.

Two private outdoor areas round out this rental: a small private garden where you can relax in the shade of an old tree, and the bread oven shelter.

You also have access to all the outdoor areas of the 15-hectare estate, shared with the other two rentals: a 12x6m heated pool with a terrace surrounded by nature, a pétanque court, ponds, forests, and meadows.

All of our cottages offer a unique experience: the amenities of a hotel (new, high-end bedding, linens included, kitchen and bathroom amenities) combined with the comfort of home (kitchen and large living area, expansive outdoor spaces).

All three holiday rentals and the entire estate can be rented exclusively. The owners live on-site in a separate residence with a dog.
