Spend your summer in Sea Girt only two blocks from the beach, Sea Girt Boardwalk and Pavilion, Parker House and more. Bicycle to in-town tennis courts, downtown Sea Girt, and Spring Lake. This 3 bedroom,1.5 bathroom single family home is perfectly appointed for a summer retreat. Enjoy relaxing on the private side patio surrounded my mature / lush trees and landscaping . The spacious enclosed front porch includes dining for 8. Gas grill and outside shower.
Sleeps 6 +comfortably with 3 bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom w/ king , 1 w / queen + loft, 1 w/ twin bunk beds (plus 3rd trundle bed). Queen sleeper sofa in lining room. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer, central AC, TV, Wifi. Bikes, beach chairs, beach toys plus 4 adult beach badges (children under 12 enjoy free access to beach). Driveway provides parking for 2 with ample street parking. Good dogs welcome. No smoking. Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25

The home location is a true gem with walking and bicycling to all Sea Girt has to offer. Enjoy starry nights and warm beach days in one of the most sought after vacation towns at the NJ shore.
