A beautiful home (for family fun use and not large parties or block parties) located only a short walk from Belmar Beach. This property features an in-ground salt water pool that makes every day fun. The outdoor shower and pool-house bathroom allow you to enjoy a dip or a day at the beach without trekking sand inside. With four (4) full bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms, the home can accommodate seven (7) people comfortably in beds. The porch provides for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning as the sun rises, and the patio is equipped with a top-of-the-line grill and comfort furniture on the covered back deck for barbecues all summer long. Fully stocked with a game room—with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and more—speakers, television, WiFi, and covered outdoor spaces, make even rainy days fun! A washer and dryer, full kitchen, and driveway that can accommodate four (4) cars adds to your comfort and convenience. Amenities include linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach gear, four beach passes so that you can pack light and spend your time enjoying.

Easy access to public transport: NJ Train station within walking distance for trains to Long Branch, Metropark, NY Penn Station.

We cannot say enough nice things about our stay. The owners thought of everything, all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for our family, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the salt water pool was great for the kids and adults. I would highly recommend this vacation home to everyone.

Great visit

My family and friends and a great time staying at this property. It was very clean, very well appointed with kitchen supplies and bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. the location is a short walk to both the Belmar Main Street with its great restaurants, and close to the beach. The pool is great and the family used the pool table and also the foosball table. Great place!

Great Stay in Belmar

A great place to stay. Large comfortable house centrally located to Silver Lake, the beach and Main Street. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again! Very Pet friendly, stocked kitchen and house. We stayed off season so didn't use the pool / outside area. Definitely highly recommend!

A very welcoming, warm, cozy and very clean beach house in Belmar. We couldn't ask for more - great for adults, teenagers and even our granddaughter! We're already thinking of signing up again next year!

What a wonderful summer abode!

We absolutely loved our stay here for a multi-generational trip down the shore with my family + our dog! The house is lovely, situated on a quiet and quaint street. The furniture is comfortable and clean, and the host was so wonderful to interact with. We walked to the beach a few days (about 15 mins), and spent a lot of time in the backyard pool. The town is a 5 min walk away which is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Belmar Beach House

House and property were as described, relaxing and well-maintained and in a surprisingly great part of Belmar I did not know existed.Bedrooms were good sized and allowed us and the kids to have privacy after long days at the beach. Walking distance to good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.Kitchen in the back of the house was perfect for our needs. Two porches provided a lot of outdoor space that we used extensively for dining and relaxing.Beach is a ten minute walk from the house. Asbury Park is a 7 minute drive and Point Pleasant a twelve minute drive.

Great house, owner great to work with

We needed a central location to gather when my daughter visited from out of state. Perfect location for our son to visit from his location, close to downtown Belmar and the beach. House was well equipped, clean and as pictured online. The owner responded quickly when I had questions and was flexible with check in and out. We enjoyed the game room, used the bikes and corn hole, but unfortunately not the beautiful pool, since it was December! Hope to come back in the summer for that! My family and I highly recommend this property!

Very enjoyable stay! Great House!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house!! Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the rooms are a good size & there is plenty of closet space in each bedroom. We did not cook much, but the kitchen certainly met all of our needs. The kitchen / living room was a great area for hanging out & we had fun using the game room. The host was easy to communicate with & very responsive. Everything about this house was excellent. The description and photos were accurate or better. We were very happy with everything about the house and would definitely stay again!! Can recommend this property without any hesitation. Much thanks to our host!!

Perfect Location

The house was well stock. Location was perfect, walking distance to both the ocean & bay. Once we got to the house we walk & bike everywhere. The game room was perfect for those rainy days. The pool was great only down side was that there was no lounge chairs by pool to sunbath. Also the pool house bathroom was not working. Plumbing issues. Ashish & Mona was great, easy to contact if we had any questions and they made sure the house felt like your own home.

Everything you could want!

Amazing location with convenient access to everything—beach, restaurants and shops, surrounding towns—and with a pool and gorgeous porch! Ashish and Mona were such gracious hosts. The house is so comfortable, stocked and well kept. Bedrooms are all a great size, and the game room was very fun. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again

Our Belmar Vacation

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation in this beautiful house. We had our family with us besides our dog. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the deck relaxing. Also the front porch is very attractive. Location is great for our needs. Many restaurants close by for us. We would love to come back for vacation.

Convenient, quiet home away from home

Wonderful house already set up with everything you need for a vacation. Kind hosts who created a personal, warm check in experience and were easily contacted for any concerns. Kids loved the pool (and good wifi). Walking distance to restaurants downtown. Also short drive/bike or reasonable walk to the beach if you’re not carrying much. Great place for a family vacation

Fabulous!

The house is beautiful, very spacious, really clean, and comes with so many amenities! The salt water pool was refreshing and loved the beautiful flowers along the deck and in the yard. There are bikes to use and we enjoyed riding all around Belmar. The location is perfect! It is walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. It is the perfect vacation for us and can not wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was beautiful and immaculate. The backyard was like an oasis. We enjoyed the front and back deck tremendously. The location was close to beach and many restaurants on Main Street. It was pet friendly which we enjoyed. It was paradise!!!!

Car Not Needed

With five bikes, a saltwater pool, a nearby beach and many restaurants and bars within a reasonable walk or even shorter bike ride, you can put away the car keys and relax. Game room with foos ball table and pool table great, too. Definitely considering about booking again next year!

An amazing week

We had family visiting from abroad for a week and this house was the perfect place for them to stay. Ashish and family were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The house itself has a ton of facilities. We spent most evenings relaxing on the deck or playing pool. The heated pool was great for a morning swim, and there were plenty of bikes available for us to explore Belmar. The location is great, being close to Main Street for the bars and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect family beach house

We had a great week at the house. The back porch (with awning) was a wonderful place to escape the afternoon sun. The home has a lovely set up with lots of privacy and everything needed for a perfect vacation. We used the bikes to go back and forth to the beach, though not a long walk. Close enough to town and beach that everything is walkable. The house has everything you need- towels, linens, kitchen utensils,etc, Ashish and Mona were wonderful hosts. Gracious and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful Home

House was very nice with a great layout. The covered deck and covered front porch really extend the 'living space' of the house. Beds were very comfortable and the pool area is very nice and well maintained. The location was great....just a short walk to downtown or to beach. The owners made you feel at home.

We have had the house for just a few years and have created so many memories here. Belmar is just an amazing community of people. The town features it own unique style through abundant restaurants and attractions; walks to ice cream parlors, local brewery and restaurants, sunrise on the beach and sunset on Shark River. The bells of St Rose to the horns of the boats. Its all here as no other beach town.

What makes this property unique

Belmar is home to the first and oldest first-aid squad in the United States.

Belmar's "E" Street is the original source of Bruce Springsteen's "E Street Band". Springsteen's original keyboardist, David Sancious, was a resident of E Street in Belmar at the time the band was formed. The Sancious' family home was often used as a practice venue where they honed their musical craft in the formative pre-fame years.

In the HBO series The Sopranos, Belmar is shown as the home port of Tony Soprano's boat, the Stugots.
