Living room, dining area, lower level game room and breakfast area offer multiple spaces for relaxing or entertaining. Central heat & AC, 2 wood burning fireplaces . Large deck overlooking the lake and pool. Very private setting but still close to shopping in charming Westfield, Dunkirk and Fredonia. 35 Minutes to Peek and Peak and 40 min. to Buffalo Intl. Airport .
