Relax! CHQ Lake Heaven: Open Views, Dock&Big Yard

This PebbleFisher is ideal for families, friends, romance, passionate fishermen, bird lovers, winter and summer sport & cultural activities. The lake panorama is awesome at any time.
You can fish, ice- fish, snowmobile, swim, ship. kayakin` , float& boat from the cottage.

The fully equipped cottage was fully remodeled in 2020 and transformed into a lake beauty with loads of love and unique details.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout our vacation rental, perfect for remote work. Revel in panoramic views, comfort features like recliners, USB charging stations, and a cozy fire-pit. The master bedroom boasts a balcony with seating for relaxation. Gather around the high dining table with 6 chairs for meals and games (in the table drawer) or creative hours. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom ensure a seamless stay, complete with a fondue set and slow cooker for winter comfort. The private dock invites you to enjoy morning coffees or waterside activities. BBQ, Outdoor furniture and kitchenware are provided for your convenience.

Access the PebbleFisher cottage from W Lake Road in Mayville. The entry door is conveniently located right on the driveway. Please note, there are stairs leading down to the yard where you can enjoy outdoor activities and the private shared yard and dock. The dock extends into the lake from May through Midth October, offering a serene spot for lakeside relaxation and activities.

Sometimes we will be on the lake as well to enjoy the nature`s beauty and relax. If we come over to do some landscaping or maintenance we will let you know in advance.

Everything is really close: marina, putt-putt, golf, park, restaurants, Bemus-point, Chautauqua-Institution, National Comedy Center, art-galleries, boat rentals, Amish trails, wineries, Mayville Blues Festival.
The steamboat Chautauqua Belle is floating closely by our dock and you can jump on at the Marina. The lighthouse grocery offers the best fresh meat or roasted chicken. The reverie cremerie offers the best delicious cheese - homemade or international. A must try!
On president`s day there is the Ice-castle, music and food right at the park.

There are up to 3 parking spaces for you, 2 are on the right-hand side of the driveway. Please see the detailed information in the Welcome Guide.
Your trailer can be stored for free at the harbor where you can also launch your boat. However, the trailer must always be attached to a car. You can park your trailer at Chautauqua Marina for $10 per night. Please let Lou know that you are staying at Jim Kelleher’s cottage.
Bicycles can be locked at the sign pole or in the backyard (bring your own lock)
The access to the yard and shared dock is via a stone stairway with handrails.
Boats up to 25ft can be tied at our dock.
You can have great motorcycle or bike rides from the cottage in the summer to explore the area, and in the Winter you can snowmobile right from the cottage to the trails and have fun.

The parking space, dock, and portions of the garden are shared with our second cottage on the property. Two stairways with handrails lead down from the PebbleFisher house to the dock, providing safe and convenient access to the lakefront.
You must be 35+ years older to book the cottage.

Any guests over the age of 18+ must sign our Sauna waiver before using the sauna. Parents are responsible for their children.

Smoking permitted outside the cottage with proper disposal.

Please respect our natural surroundings and fellow guests seeking a quiet vacation.

Ensure additional guests do not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of the cottage.

Parking is reserved for rental guests` vehicles only.

Please adhere to guidelines outlined in the Welcome Guide provided in the cottage.

The garden and dock are shared spaces. Kindly respect the privacy of other renters and neighbors.
