Newfound Lake, Bristol NH Lakefront Cottage

Cozy and homey lakefront cottage on Newfound lake in Bristol, NH which is the 3rd largest lake in New Hampshire. This cottage can house a max 4 guest-amenities include gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, gas grill and window A/C, screen porch and deck. There are 1 queen and 1 double bed, one in a private room (queen) and one in a private area (double). Also 2 twin beds a loft area accessible by a ladder which is not intended for young children. Enjoy lakefront sunrise, sunsets, and beach time.

Please note: We are now providing sheets, bathroom towels, pillows and blankets..
Essential Information:
· Arrival time: 3:00 PM or later
· Departure time: 10:00 AM or earlier
· Cleaners will be brought in between each stay.
· Upon arrival, doors will be open, and keys left on kitchen counters. Please leave doors unlocked and on the same counters upon departure.
· Emergency Service: First, dial 911 from any cell phone. If 911 fails; call Bristol Fire Department
· Linens are provided (sheets and bathroom towels)
o Sheets, bathroom Towels, Pillows, Blankets, Toilet Paper, Trash bags and a trash dumpster are provided.
· Kitchens are stocked with necessary utensils, pans, dishes, and glasses.
*Owner will email guest 2 weeks prior to arrival and additional information.

Ed’s cabin is just a few steps away from the lake so morning coffee was beautiful experience. Check in was easy, cabin had everything we needed and the fireplace was a great touch since we had some rain, it took the chill away. It was a very nice stay.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

A wonderful Newfound Lake experience

The "small" cottage was just right for the 2 of us. Wonderful views of the lake. Walk to the private beach. Owner was friendly and accommodating. All amenities were as described in the listing. We only wish we could have planned a longer stay.

Had a great time! Loved that there were toys for the beach for our little guys too. The only issue with the VRBO listing was that it said max of 4 people could stay but the info that was emailed said max of 6.

Great stay

Ed and Cathy are terrific hosts. We had clear communication before we arrived, so we knew what to expect. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the easy access to beautiful Newfound Lake and the sandy beach. Ed and Cathy were in their nearby house and were friendly, helpful, and responsive. We appreciated being able to keep our kayaks at the waterfront and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
