Sea view villa 100m from the beach, private pool, near Ajaccio

I rent this beautiful villa and its studio to accommodate one or more families in Villanova, southern Corsica. The sea to the west offers a setting sun every evening and gives way to a starry sky... Heated swimming pool of 9x4m, secure (lockable gates) with beach and sunbeds.<br>The villa has an old renovated part and a new part, the whole is decorated in a neutral and rather modern way (at least no kitchouille comforter, we live in it !!).<br>All windows are new, equipped with electric shutters and the bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned. Internet and TV by fibre optic, Wifi on all floors.<br>The large garden with trees includes play areas (trampoline, swing,...), shaded areas and many fruit trees. Shaded parking spaces.<br><br>The villa is located by the sea with a small beach 100m away and a large beach 10 minutes walk away, with catering and Jet Ski rental.<br><br>The hamlet is 15 minutes from the entrance to Ajaccio. Be careful, there are no local shops because there are only a few villas in this hamlet. TV<br><br><br>Does: <br>Ajaccio: no very interesting cultural venue, but nice little shops (pedestrian rue Fesh and surroundings) <br>Covered market rather well stocked, check the opening days.<br>Sanguinaires beaches pleasant for its restaurants which all have exceptional settings (gastro=seagull hotel, fish=Beautiful shore or weekend, good value for money = altru versu, straw huts (Neptune, Ariadne...) or night bars (Scudo) <br><br>Between Ajaccio and Lava is the magnificent beach of Capo di feno, accessible by car via Ajaccio only (allow 3/4 of an hour from the house, by the cemetery of Saint Antoine to avoid the route des sanguinaires), or by a path from Villanova (count 1 hour of poorly marked operation and as much for the return!) <br>Ideal beach for surfers in case of swell+++. Otherwise the prime rib of the pirate hut is a favourite... (no credit card and no telephone network!) <br><br>Cargèse to stroll, see the market and the 2 churches + beaches on a day (menassina beach is the most beautiful) <br><br>Piana (calanches): the most beautiful road in Corsica is between piana and porto. Especially once in Piana don't turn around, it's the 3km after piana that are the most beautiful! If you've arrived here, you might as well push on to porto... Piana beaches: Arone is a must-see white sand beach but very touristy, we prefer the small cove of Ficaghjola not far away and in the heart of the creeks<br><br>Scandola Reserve. It's
