Located in the gated resort community of River Strand Golf & Country Club, this Terrace I condo provides for the perfect golf, tennis, and social destination. Beautifully refreshed décor throughout this second floor 2 bed 2 bath condo. The building has an elevator for your convenience. Wonderful water and golf coarse views from the screened in lanai. Peeks of the Manatee River beyond. Enjoy all the golf you can play! Green fees included, just pay cart fees. Renter pays a one time Member Transfer Fee plus 7% tax directly to River Strand Golf & Country Club when transfer is completed. Transfer membership also includes full access to tennis, pickleball, exercise facilities, tiki bar, restaurant and bar, two resort style pools, one of six satellite pools is a short walk from the unit. So many resort style amenities to enjoy.

Golfing and Pickleball Paradise

Mike was very helpful and answered questions about the property and community quickly. The condo was in very nice condition and we appreciated that our little dog was welcomed also. Not all of the condos allow for a pet. Lots of fun playing pickleball and golf in the beautiful Florida weather.
