This condo lies within the community of Shorewalk. A beautifully maintained 30 acre complex of quiet tree lined streets, safe lighted walking paths and 6 ponds.
AMENITIES
Clubhouse surrounded by 2 heated Pools, each with separate Jacuzzis, 2 lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts, a Basketball court, Table tennis, Bocce ball and Shuffleboards. Attached is a childrens playground. Patio tables and large Gas B-B-Q Grills are available for the guests to use. Relax inside the clubhouse lounge area in front of the big screen T.V., play video games, cards or billards. A clubhouse attendant is available to assist you with any clubhouse activities or offer directions/pamphlets to local attractions. Why not join in some of the social activities such as pool aerobics or theme parties.

Shorewalk is conveniently located within walking distance to Publix and Aldi Supermarkets, CVS Pharmacy are all just around the corner on Cortez Rd. Great location, relative to IMG Sports complex, and still only 20 minutes from the beach. Owner communication was timely and the whole stay, from booking to checking in/out was very organized and uneventful (a good thing). The Publix across the street was super convenient. So glad we choose to stay here vs a hotel.

Andre and Barb are wonderful with communication and their place is very clean and nice. A quiet environment for people that just want to get away and relax. The only thing I will say and it has nothing to do with them … is the fact that this is not kid friendly. It’s more for 12 and above. Not only my grandson but other children as well were told that they could not have floats to be on nor could they have swim toys ( splash ones, etc). Meanwhile older ladies could have rafts that they were in to float around in. Not to rude but I found that a little much. At one of the pools - on a couple occasions there was times where the older women would just stay in the middle so you couldn’t swim and had to go around them. The pools were very well kept as well as the whole property. Very pretty place actually you want to grill, play pool or anything else… you have to sign a sheet to do so. Which I can understand because people do reside there as well. Overall I would highly recommend it… just keep in mind that if you have kids… make sure they’re 12 and above.

Our stay at Andre and Barb’s place was perfect! We came in town for a soccer showcase at IMG Academy. The location for this purpose couldn’t be any better! The complex was pretty to walk around with plenty of natural ponds, palms, and animals. We didn’t have time to use the pools but there were 2 with plenty of lounge chairs just a couple of minute walk from the unit. The property was as advertised and clean. We’d stay here again!
