Complete remodel including new furniture, in this 2198 sq. ft. very spacious 4bed/2bath house on the cute island of Coquina Key in St Petersburg. If your looking for a very relaxing and peaceful stay, this house is for you. Tons of backyard space The backyard will make anyone feel relaxed. The house is close enough to the water (3-5 min walk) that you often get the nice breeze from the bay.

5 min drive to Downtown St Pete;

the house is amazing and very spacious. Me and my friends enjoyed the openness and the modern look of it all. The house has great amenities and don’t even get me started on the shower in the master bath. 10/10 and will def request to book in the future when we return for visits!

Property is newly remodeled. Nice kitchen and well equipped. Linens, towels etc. all plentiful and in new condition. Very spacious. Convenient to Coquina Key park and downtown. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway- Beautiful Home & Great Location!

This home is a gem! Gorgeous, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, great location and wonderfully suited for large groups (there were 6 adults on our visit), or for families who just want more space. Host was accommodating and very responsive. This is our new go to place when we visit St. Petersburg. 10/10 will stay there again!

I recently moved from Los Angeles, California to St. Petersburg, because I heard it was the best city to be in Florida. The city definitely hasn't disapointed. I've been here since June of 2020, I'm absolutely in love with this place. The year around warm ocean and beautiful beaches, the cuteness of DT of St Pete. The best part is the proximity to everything, great restaurants, beaches, golf, tennis, boating, kayaking, everything is a 10 min drive or less from this house and just in general of St. Pete.

Why they chose this property

This property is very spacious, the split bedroom between the master and other 3 bedrooms is a great feature. The warmth and coziness this house provides makes you feel right at home the moment you step in.

The backyard is another special feature of this house as it provides lots of space and is very peaceful and quite at all times of the day.

What makes this property unique

The house is on Coquina Key Island, meaing there's not many cars driving around throughout the day. Makes it very easy to walk, run, rollerblade, bike, etc. Also the property is a 2 min walk from a beauitful park that allows you to play tennis, basketball, soccer, run, fish, or take your dog to the dog park.
