Townhome with all extras. Keys style with beautiful new furnishings, newly remodeled with three bedrooms plus oversized loft with two full baths and many pluses. Across from marina and beach. Great community next to famous Founder's Park. Hurricane impact, Gated community with security. Always full of relaxing areas or areas for recreational fun like kayak in ocean, bbq, snorkel, fish, swim in ocean, play games, play in the two pickleball courts just behind our unit or just relax. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Beds include 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins. Marina is for drop off and pick up only. Community does not allow pets for tenants unless they are service dogs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Me and 2 buddies stayed here while we went fishing. The place is a good place to stay with friends or family. 3 bedrooms and close to the pool and beach.

Great stay

Great locations close to everything. We loved the condo and pool. Easy check in loved the gated community and friendly staff and neighbours. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Ideal location

This location is in a beautiful complex, close to the pool, tennis court, and marina. We were disappointed to learn the pool was under repair and unusable, but this unit is right next door! Founders park is next door with a pool and beach.

Relaxing getaway

Loved our winter getaway at this comfortable Executive Bay Condo. Lots of room inside , and parking right outside front. Being so close to the saltwater pool and only minutes from beach was so nice. Security and cleanliness was exactly what we were looking for. Ivette was wonderful. We are so looking forward to our 2022 stay, especially with all the updates that they have added. Thank you !!

Great place to stay in Islamorada..

The property is at an excellent location as it is next to the community pool, game room, ice machine. The large ice machine was great to keep our beverages cold in the coolers. Ivette was great to communicate with from check in to check out. Most of the units in the gated community are owner occupied. Everyone we met was very friendly. We met many people during our stay. Great location next to Founders Park Would stay at this unit again!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

My husband and I brought our senior and his three friends for a spring break trip. This home was perfect for our stay! Spacious, well located, clean with every amenity you will need. It has been remodeled from the listing pictures and it’s beautiful! The pickleball/basketball court is right out the back door, along with the pool and clubhouse. There is lots of sleeping space and the bathrooms and showers are wonderful! Having laundry in the main bedroom was super convenient. We loved it, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A nice family getaway for the holidays!

The property was great for our group of 7. It looks newly renovated inside. There are some good restaurants nearby (we really enjoyed Twisted Shrimp and Hog Heaven). The community is gated and quiet and everyone was really friendly. The pool was close and was nicely heated so it could be enjoyed even when the weather was cooler. The living space was perfect for cooking, watching TV, and playing games. The host had a lot of convenient items available for use such as beach blankets, beach bags, cooler bags, basketball and other sports equipment, puzzles, games, etc. Although it wasn’t an issue, it was a surprise that the access to the loft bedroom was an actual ladder not stairs. My teens loved it! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

This property was perfect for our three generation family vacation Christmas week of 2021. As listed, there is a beach, a pool, a fishing pier and a marina, all of which were just a few steps away from our unit! Also, the three bedrooms, plus loft, and two baths made it comfortable for the makeup of our group—one grandmother, two parents and two adult grandchildren, one male, one female. No waiting in line for the shower after a day at the beach with two baths. Our hostess, Ivette, made sure everything was in order for us upon arrival. We highly recommend this rental! Janet O.

Enjoyable stay in Islamorada

Loved the location of this condo complex, right next to Founders Park. Pool and beach on property were nice amenities. Ivette was easy to communicate with. Condo was spacious and clean.
