Fully-equipped 3-bedroom house with pool, 30min from the ocean

Come recharge your batteries during your holiday in a small village in the Landes region, on the border of the Basque Country and just 30 minutes from the ocean, 40 minutes from Bayonne, and 1 hour from Spain.

The bright, south-facing house features a large living area of over 45 m² with a fully open kitchen that includes plenty of storage space. As for the appliances, you’ll find a food processor, a coffee maker, a large toaster, and everything you need for cooking.
A Smart TV with a Netflix subscription will be there to keep you entertained.

Here’s the layout of the bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Large picture window overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: double bed with closet
Bedroom 3: child’s bed + cot, with closet.
Bedroom 4: An additional bedroom is available upon request.

You can also sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2).
There is a second large bathroom with a bathtub and storage space.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a large covered patio with
outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a hanging chair, and a large garden with a private pool and a trampoline.

Located in a quiet setting, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Landes region.

The house does not have air conditioning for environmental reasons, but it is a wood-frame structure and therefore very well insulated.
