Kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with all brand new small appliances, new formal and informal dinnerware, new chef-quality pots and pans, all new bakeware, and new cooking/baking utensils. Enjoy a wonderful beverage/wine bar for making coffee, tea, smoothies, or any adult beverage of your choice. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Main room features a 70" Smart TV, bedroom 43" Smart TV. All brand new furniture including a Cozy Sleep Queen size sofa sleeper. Mattress inside is a very comfortable 8” plush top mattress. Master bedroom has a brand new luxury king sized mattress. Laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer as well as beach chairs and beach toys.
