House in medieval village.

Our charming house is located in the heart of the medieval village of Alquézar in the Sierra de Guara in Spain.
This village is particularly well-known as the “canyoning capital” of Europe.

It is a typical, recently restored house with plenty of charm.
It is built on three levels and is the ideal place to stay for four people. (110 m²)

On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with stone walls, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet.

A master bedroom with a king-size bed and a lovely balcony

A second bedroom with two single beds—no window, but with a large skylight.

Upper floor: a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, etc., and a breathtaking view of the citadel!

The house is right next to the start of the “Marche des Passerelles” trail, which overlooks the canyon.

Household linens—tea towels, bath towels, pillowcases, sheets, and duvet covers—are provided.

No Wi-Fi or private parking.


Alquezar is ideally located for nature lovers.
From the village, there’s direct access to superb walks through canyons, and of course the magnificent hike along the footbridges overlooking the Rio Vero.
There are plenty of activities available locally, such as hiking, visiting caves with rock paintings, and it’s an ideal spot for canyoning, mountain biking, and rock climbing…

In the village, you’ll find numerous bars and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, a public swimming pool, and a lovely river to cool off in during the summer.

Alquézar is a lively tourist village by day and quiet at night.
