Casa Sanz is an old farming house which the family has fully restored to make three apartments distributed around a patio. Each apartment is independent within the house. The house is surrounded by a garden of use exclusively by the guests. In this garden there are the following facilities: three BBQs (one for each apartment), summer terrace with tables and chairs, car park and garden. Next to this garden for the guests, the owners have the traditional vegetable garden. The Berges family lives on traditional activities of the mountain: sheep raising as well as producing and selling high-quality honey from the large variety of flowers of the Mediterranean flora of the Guara Mountain Chain.

Totalmente Recomendable

David y su familia, muy atentos a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar, desde la entrada, nos tenían un detalle ( miel y aceite de producción propia) El apartamento totalmente equipado, todo muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas. En el bar puedes servirte desde el desayuno hasta la cena, precios normales asequibles. Nos encantó haber podido viajar con nuestras perritas. Es un lugar como para repetir 100% real al anuncio. Gracias por todo!

Es un sitio al que recomiendo ir,para desconectar,relajarse o hacer senderismo o barrancos. David, el propietario, una excelente anfitrión. La casa muy limpia, con acceso a todo, jacuzzi, piscina cubierta, barbacoas... Un pequeño lujo para pasar en pareja,amigos o familia.

Fijn appartement in mooie omgeving

Prettig en ruim appartement, waarin alles aanwezig is wat je nodig kan hebben. Prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Het was erg warm weer (warmer dan gebruikelijk) en dan wordt het huis ook warm. Fijn zwembad erbij, de overkapping voelde bij dagelijks 35 graden wat overbodig. Geen supermarkt dichtbij, wel de mogelijkheid om in het dorp te eten en 's ochtends heerlijk vers brood te halen. Vriendelijke eigenaren.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa sanz. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce et très pratique. Le gérant est très sympathique, il vous conseillera sur les activités incontournables à faire dans la région. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Nous conseillons vivement !

La maison est bien située avec une jolie vue. David le propriétaire prend le temps de nous accueillir et nous explique ou se trouve les lieux intéressants a visiter .La piscine manque un peu d entretien . Mais l appartement est propre.

Calme et authentique

Appartement très confortable. Vue magnifique de la terrasse. Le village est très calme et authentique, loin des hordes de touristes d'Alquezar. David, le propriétaire, nous livre de très bons conseils sur les activités à faire aux alentours. Vous pouvez aussi acheter miel, huile d'olive, amandes de sa production et aller voir, avec lui, ses moutons et agneaux. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Très très bien!!!!

Très bonne adresse pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé, grande terrasse et vue magnifique. piscine très agréable, seul bémol, elle mériterait un peu plus d'entretien. Petit village très très calme et propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Voiture indispensable.

Tout était conforme à l'annonce.Très propre et équipement complet.Propriétaire très gentil et acccueillant( ainsi que le voisinage).Environnement très calme et reposant( attention pas de commerce à proximité),location idéale pour les randos ou autres activités dans la sierra Guara.Le plus est la piscine et le jacuzzi.
