Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Great location, decor is attractive, furniture is comfortable. The showerhead needs to be descaled or replaced (at least half of the holes don't allow water through). The floors are pretty rough, with several buckled boards. The furnace/ac and bathroom fans are incredibly loud. Interior doors don't close well. Appliances are newer and work well.

This is a great place to stay. The place is very clean and charming. We had a family of 5 that fit easily. Its on one level so it was great for my mother-in-law. The location is in the middle of Savannah and you can get anywhere within a few minutes of walking. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place.

My friend and I wanted to get away for a couple of days to check out Savannah. The apartment was very comfortable. What I really liked was having a designated parking spot. It was clean and had everything you could want. The bathtub could use some upgrades and we lost internet connection a couple of times while watching t.v. but overall a great place.

Loved this location and the property. This apartment has so much character and the neighbor we met was lovely. Only complaint was that there was no dishwasher - not sure if it was listed in listing or not, but as a family of 5, I love my dishwasher! Would love to return to this location again!

This unit doesn’t have a dishwasher and with the full solid wood antique cabinets we will not be adding one. Because we don’t want to alter those. We do have dishwashers in the one bedroom unit above this (the parlor listing) and the penthouse unit which is 2 bedrooms but does require a lot of stairs.
