We are a family of 5, and we spent a week in Antigua in April. This property was lovely, and the host, Marlon, was very helpful and available to assist us. This house sleeps 4 comfortably, and Marlon added an air mattress on the floor in one of the bedrooms for my 3rd son. The townhome was clean and comfortable. The location was good and we felt safe there. Parking space right in front of the unit. We enjoyed this beautiful island and its many beaches. Thank you, Marlon, for making our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and we felt welcome from the moment we entered. The beach was close and my kids enjoyed running in the yard. We loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable there. Host was also responsive if ever we had questions and would also check in from time to time to make sure we were ok. We would definitely come again.
The house was a lovely house, clean and well-appointed for our family of four. Communication was excellent. We had a great vacation.
We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. The local restaurant, Annas, and the bar further down the road (do not recall the name) were really nice local places to dine and watch the sunset.
Thank you for hosting!
Me and family absolutely loved Marlon’s place it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was just minutes away from the beach and restaurants. If you’re looking for a home away from home this is your place.
We enjoyed our stay. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

A wonderful condo conveniently located to a few nice restaurants and the beach is close by.
The host makes you feel very welcome with several personal touches. I highly recommend this accommodation for families or couples
This is a lovely town house, situated in a great place, and with transport an ideal base for the holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the facilities and setup of the house were just perfect, a cool environment on warmer days with all you could need. The host and his team were also very helpful and very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend the Radcliffe to anyone.

Clean and comfortable. Mr. Rawlins was also very helpful
The property is well located and in good condition throughout. Easy access to all facilities, our host Marlon was particulary helpful and always available to assist. with any questions.
Marlon's property is very spacious and well equipped. Kitchen is especially nice and had various condiments, spices and selection of teas and coffee. The condo is a short walk from Dickenson bay beach, but there is no sidewalk so we drove everywhere. I recommend checking out fort James Beach nearby.

Th layout was excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped so you could cook for a family. Nicely maintained and clean.
Initially, the internet access was poor, but the manager immediately worked on this and fixed it - very responsive and helpful.
Clean and tidy. Marlon was very accommodating to my family. We needed an air bed for the kids and he provided one.

Marlon was a very responsive and helpful host, right down to giving us a jar of sugar! He greeted us when we arrived at the property, and provided rapid responses throughout our stay. The unit included clearly marked details such as WiFi logins and local amenities. There were lots of thoughtful touches including snack basket and local rum. Marlon also provided us an air mattress to accommodate our large family. Secure parking for our rental car and a good grocery store within 10 minutes drive.
I won’t describe how good, or not so good, these items are as it is subjective. This list is not all inclusive, simply what I chose to mention. Pro:Well stocked kitchen and bathroomAir conditioner in each bedroom and in center of first floor which encompassed the kitchen, dining area, and living roomCommunication with owner/managerHas a generator for loss of electricityLayout of both floors was easy to maneuverWasher and dryer Fenced car parking areaSmoke detectorCeiling fans in bedroomsCon:Encountered a cockroach in kitchenSloped floor in master bathroomNo handrail in upper half of stairwellNo exhaust fans in bathroomsOne bathroom shower did not have anywhere to place shampoo, soap, etc. except on the shower floorIn the master bathroom, the sink bowel is on the counter and against the wall so had to stand at an angle as right arm was against wallNo pool/spa or spa tub as mentioned in amenitiesOften there was a creek water odor from both bathroom sinks when water was flowingWalk to beach is via winding street and uphill. You walk on the street as there aren’t any sidewalks or road shoulder.Barking dogs in the neighborhood just about 24/7Frog beeps start at dark. We concluded these were tree frogs.Pots and pans are well used, could be replacedMaster bathroom light is dimGenerator is loud and diesel fumes came into one of the bedrooms. Some nights had street noise from passing vehiclesOften could hear the people in the next unit
It’s has been almost over 20 or more years since my last visited Antigua. My family had business connections and a home (Halcyon Heights) for years. My family & friends visited the island often and we have a treasure trove of happy & fun memories. My family established many friendships with Antiguans whom we now view as family. We were blessed to see many of our “Antiguan family members” on this recent visit. While a lot has changed; i.e population, automobile congestion, housing, new resorts BUT the Island’s beauty, tranquility, delicious food, hospitality & friendly people remains the same.
Caribbean Living was the perfect place for my stay. The location is convenient to everything, stores, restaurants, nightlife and yes the BEACH. I would however suggest renting a car as the trek up &/down the hill could be a little daunting.
I did have a little issue getting to property because my flight arrived just before nightfall, it can difficult to navigate the roads in the dark.
The property is just as described and was perfect for my group. It was clean, inviting and was equipped with every essential as described in the property description. My only I suggestion would be switching out one of the double beds for two twin beds.
I highly recommend looking into staying at Caribbean Living when you visit Antigua.
