This apartment had everything needed for our stay. It was close to all town amenities - most within walking distance. The location was quiet and private. We would definitely stay again.
This was the perfect place for our visit to the Moosehead Lake area. It was clean, quiet at night, had plenty of space to relax, and a usefully stocked kitchen. The short walk to the restaurants and shops was nice after our long day hike.
We were just in town for the night but had an amazing stay in the Evergreen apartment. It had more than we could ever need- was clean and beautiful decorated in that Maine cabin feel. Communication was great and we could easily walk to the fly-in and restaurants… it was perfect for our getaway!
It was a cute little apartment that had everything we needed. It was withing walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes from northeast whitewater which is where we went a couple days.

Enjoyed our time in Greenville. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. We’d come again for sure. The only negatives: the couch is broken and we only had 2 bath towels for the entire 3 night stay. Other than that it was perfect!

The property was within walking distance of the centre of town and there was parking at the property. The property itself was rustic and we loved the log cabin feel. The owner kept in touch, which was great. Greenville is relatively quiet but a beautiful location on the lake
I told my husband if I ever ranaway and he wanted to find me, I'd be here. This is the perfect apartment! walkable to town, yet nestled in the woods. Very comfortable, well decorated, comfortable bed, great water pressure and they even had a french press and coffee to use! 10/10.

Lots of room to enjoy
Overall a nice and slightly rustic place with a lot of room, full kitchen and more. Our challenge was arriving at night during the rain made it rather difficult to find based on the noted directions. Our error was we put too much emphasis on "long" driveway and couldn't see the tennis court in the rain. Plus the owner didn't respond to our call or text until later. Regardless once we found it and got in all was good
