Just outside Bayonne,
Beautiful contemporary home with a garden, wooden deck, and heated pool, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Plancha grill, dining table, and patio furniture under a covered terrace.
A basketball hoop, football goal, ping-pong table, and rugby posts for sports enthusiasts, plus a wooden playhouse with a play kitchen for the little ones.
Garage for one car and two parking spaces in front of the house.

Accommodation
On the ground floor: a master bedroom with a bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet.
A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the covered patio and the living room. Half-bath. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: three bedrooms with walk-in closets and double beds. A large playroom. A bathroom (double sink, shower, and bathtub). Toilet.
The house is occupied year-round and features all the comforts and necessary small appliances.
Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near the town centre, 4 km from the beaches of Tarnos (6 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike) and 8 km from the beach at Ondres (13 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bike).
For nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts: beaches (surfing), forests, bike paths, and the mountains of the Basque Country.
Less than 10 minutes from Bayonne, 15 minutes from Biarritz (to the south), 20 minutes from Hossegor (to the north), and just 35 minutes from Spain. 5 minutes from the A63 highway entrance.

Deborah and Pierre gave us a warm welcome and showed us their wonderful house in detail. We immediately felt at home and very comfortable. The house offers everything you could wish for and is in excellent condition. The heated pool was a particular highlight for the children. The area has great excursion spots and beaches to enjoy in any weather, and the tips from Deborah and Pierre were absolutely invaluable! Thank you so much for everything – we highly recommend it!

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht.Wir durften die Fahrräder benutzen und Bälle etc, die im Garten und in der Garage waren. Die Eigentümer sind super nett, haben sich toll gekümmert und zeitlich immer auf uns eingestellt! Alles sehr unkompliziert und super nett! Volle Empfehlung!

Une maison de famille idéale pour les vacances

Très bon séjour chez Pierre et Déborah, leur maison est au calme dans la verdure et les équipements sont super modernes. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de tout le nécessaire avec notre famille et bébé ! Merci!
