It was a wonderful stay. The property was clean and the location was spectacular. Steve provided everything we needed from umbrellas to Pickleball equipment, which we used on the really great Pickleball court. Kitchen was wonderful. My husband and daughter are gourmet cooks and they really appreciated. It would definitely stay again. Looking forward to our next trip to Kauai.

Great condo in Poipu Beach that was upscale and exactly as advertised. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this property & location is at the top of the list. Look forward to staying here again.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The unit is very nice, clean, and spacious. Actually so spacious - it was huge. The kitchen was well equipped (bonus automatic ice maker). The living room was very comfortable. The beds were great. The air conditioning was fantastic, really appreciated it. The pool was so convenient and chill. We could see and hear the waves from the condo. Nice walk to the beach. Having in unit-laundry was a big plus. Parking was very easy, right next to the front door. Plenty of towels (bath and beach). Close to good restaurant options.

Steve was an excellent host. The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was in an excellent location. It was very easy to travel from one place to another on the island. It was awesome to be able to listen to the waves and see the ocean right from our place. Everything was well-stocked.The use of the grill right outside was very nice. Cleanliness was excellent. Thanks so much for the excellent vacation!

Beautiful relaxing vacay in sea turtle territory

We had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful property right on the ocean. Enjoyed oceanside hikes and swimming in the pool everyday. Perfect vacay spot in the heart of Poipu.

This is a really beautiful, well-maintained, clean unit and property. The location and pool are fantastic. Best of all, Steve's communication and responsiveness has been by far the best of the many rental experiences I've had. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unit!

This condo is better than advertised. It’s up-to-date and beautifully renovated. The proximity to the pool is perfect for children, and the views are spectacular. The owners are responsive and eager to please. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

Steve and Kristen's townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 daughters and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. The grounds at Poipu Kapili are gorgeous and the location is perfect. The townhouse was clean, has a gorgeous ocean view and is closely situated to the pool.

Property location is a 10. Great sunset views walking distance to beach and beautiful outdoor mall. Property is beautiful, great parking and pickleball courts. Quiet property. Condo is a 10. Nice kitchen with everything you need and very clean. Large TVs in all the rooms. Wagon, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows were a little firm for me but I prefer softer pillow. Bathrooms were large and clean. A/C units worked great and kept condo and bedrooms cool. Kauai is humid and hot. I think A/C is essential.
